its a common error for all huawei y9 2019 phones. If its the pop up camera , you have to replace a wire cuz it always breaks xD

I dont think this is safe. If you guys dont know what you are doing I suggest you not to do anything but simply change the battery with a new one. Always use the phone's original charger. It maybe a damaged diode problem. The battery is dangerous enough itself. Also a discharge from soldering iron could cause trouble. And I'm not sure if the video is for real because when the phone is working I can see the small green led light because the phone is charging. Mine is working while charging but when I unplug it , it keeps restarting.
I also have shorted the fuse like in the video. It works now. I saw the smd fuse on Aliexpress. I'm gonna change the battery or change the fuse.

it's safe. i always did this on my repair shop. but no one came back for complain.
