@@eltonamanciojeronymo7957 Oooof. I think Earth is very heavily recommended... if not even mandatory. If you level up your Wisdom / take the other magics first Earth should be offered to you. Still might be some RNG, but maybe you can reset until you can grab it on your first Map 2 level up.
The answer is the same whether or not you have or don't have HotA (Horn of the Abyss). You need to google HotA 1.7.2 download, there will be a multitude of links (mirrors) provided. The automatic installer can't download big patches, so you'll be stuck at 1.7.1 if you don't manually download an update it.

I tried 4 and it found some kind of malware everywhere, so I don't know how much to believe it, when the page with these individual links to download 1.7.2 was The hota 1.7.1 client that I have now was loaded.. sr for my english, im czech haha :D
@@vendulamachackova9190 The malware / virus / trojan popups from the antiviruses are a false positive. Since the original code for Heroes 3 was lost the way it's being modified is by injecting new code in between the existing one, which is typically what a virus does, so of course all the antiviruses and windows see it as a threat, because that's not how games are typically moded. In the official HotA webpage they have an FAQ where one of the points addressed is about the virus popups.
@@guest273 thanks.. but even when i solved problem with antivirus, each download when i want to start it, it writes me that i dont have permission.. i tried to run it as administrator, it didnt work and i checked account on notebook and im administrator, so i have acces to start it but its not working even im that admin.. i really dont know what to do :(
@@vendulamachackova9190 Did you install your Heroes 3 on program files? Because that's known to cause some problems. You could try installing Heroes 3 with HotA on another hard drive / other PC or even a USB drive and then transferring the game files to your computer.
Glad to hear you're waiting for my streams! ^^ The Map 4 stream should be either this Friday evening or Saturday day time. I did struggle quite a bit with the 2nd map. I'm already thinking back on it - how I could have done it better and I think this map without Pathfinding/Logistics combo would be total hell.
I dont know what went wrong on my run on map 2. Solmyr came wondering right side of map and came wrecking in. Try 3 on medium going on and its making me gray hair. Thats why your runs are so important! 🤣
@@eemelikujanpaa1859 Yeah, Solmyr is technically not one of the three scripted tough enemy heroes, but his Chains can and will absolutely wreck Kilgor, so he's the first mini-boss you have to handle. Since he chains it's vital that you have fast creatures to go in immediately + leave him some shooters you don't care about as targets for his chain lightning. The fact that he approaches from the Right side so quickly basically leaves out any options for Dargem to stay on the water early, maybe even to go middle with Dargem. If I would replay the map now I would probably try breaking the Magic Elementals asap.
Would you please redo Forged in Fire? Seems like the AI has been buffed a lot since your videos. New Order was a nightmare, and so is Homecoming (I'm playing it now)
Interesting proposition. I was considering redoing the FiF Campaign when ... well ... when I would be jobless again. :D But I don't think that'll happen anytime too soon.
💯 I think the text in the second map when Dargem visits Elmore's shack also hints at this. Dargem notes that Elmore, same as Miriam is putting strange things in their own mouths... xD 😲😲😲
