It is safer and more convenient to have anti- spark switch on esk8.Undoubtedly a necessary choice, bro!

What is the difference between using a Dual vesc and 2 separate singles?
The size of the dual vesc will be smaller, which is suitable for most people's battery box. If there's not enough budget, combine two single-drive ESCs into a dual-drive is also a good choice.
If you have space..bettet buy singles

I thought FSESC4.20 is rated for 50amps. Why is the auto detection say 55 amps per motor? Is that safe?

Hammer build. But what I don't understand about your device. You have installed 2 of the most powerful burshless motors. 2 x 3250 watts!
That's 6500 watts and at 37v 176 amps! And then you only use Li-Ion batteries? When fully charged, these can only deliver 20 amps. That means you have a Porsche engine but only one needle as a fuel hose. Of course you have an extremely good range and capacity with Li-Ion. But then you don't need 6374 motors.
You definitely don't need that much power on a board anyway unless you have big slopes. But then your bottleneck is definitely the battery

Also the 3250W is just maximum archivable power not continuous. It would overheat pretty quickly if you run it at over 3000W for extended periods of time.
Can i use uart mode with this setup ?
Yes .No problem.
Because i try it with 2 Besc conected via can bus an it didnt work in uart mode
