And storms that collapse in on themselves and make sure that there are at least absolute true final finite storms (credit to Mathis R.V for the number)
If a weak storm impacts a region that got destroyed by a strong hurricane (185+ winds) it will cause triple the amount of deaths, and damages will be three times lower.
