Good video, just about Paul George on the Thunder, in 2018-19 his second (and final) season there he was first team all-NBA and all-defense as well as finishing third in MVP and DPOY, so it was actually his best season in the NBA. If George didn't hurt his shoulder at the end the narrative might be different.
I think Malone and GP's move to the Lakers is not a failure. Reaching the NBA Finals is never an easy task for any team. They just get upset by the underdog Detroit Pistons.
you know to me this shows in a way warriors got lucky, just because they had a trio plus KD doesn't guarantee a ring, all it would of took is for chemistry not to work they could of been exactly like the westbrooke lakers
i swear yall casuals always blame kyrie. how is it kyries fault that he n harden got injured in 2021?? if those injuries didnt happen the nets would be the 2021 nba champions. n if u gonn say "kyrie didnt wanna get vaccinated" then stfu cuz its kyries life n his health if he doesnt feel comfortable doing sum no one should force em to do it whether ppl like it or not.
@@SDangerX Kyrie wasn't available because he got suspended for going to his sisters bday unannounced, forcing KD and Harden to play more minutes in his abscence. But one could argue Nash should've limited their minutes and not focus on short term wins for the long term goal of a ring. This caused KD to get a hamstring injury and then when Harden and Kyrie ran the team Harden got ran to the ground with a hamstring injury he never fully recovered from. If Kyrie isnt comfortable with it then thats fine. But he shouldn't be hurting his team that requires vaccines and maybe should find another team willing to put up his non vaccinated status. He shouldn't expect a paycheck for not meeting their requirements and can find another team to let him play and be unvaccinated. If you can't meet the health requirements of a job/school, should you be allowed to attend and be a danger to everyone else?
As a Mavs fan, I'm just glad you forgot the 2004 squad. Dirk, Nash, Walker, Jamison, & Finley? 4 of those dudes in their prime. Got gentlemen swept by the Kings in 5.
Losing in 4 games is a sweep not in 5. But still they went from a conference finals appearance to being a 1st round exit. Some of those games were close and the mavs could've won. It doesn't change the fact nash and Finley were horrible in that series while marquese Daniel's was the 2nd best player
I remember the thunder Westbrook, PG, and Melo team and everyone hyping them up. I knew that team wasn’t gonna do anything in the west. If Westbrook couldn’t win with KD he wasn’t gonna win with PG and Melo lmaooo
@@JColeGlazer754exactly wtf. I like how everyone just forgets how KD went cold in the playoffs in some instances that caused okc to lose year after year
You know how when you see the draft order with each team selecting and if it's a traded pick there will be parenthesis with the team they got the pick from? In a couple years, I wouldn't be surprised if all 30 first round selections will have that parenthesis as at some point every team will have traded a first round pick to someone else.
OKC was a blatantly obvious failure. Carmelo and Westbrook on the same team, REALLY??? All to complete with the Warriors Durant, Curry, and Klay? smh. People thinking that OKC was going to make noise clearly displayed how low peoples basketball 🏀 IQ was.
I’m laughing at the Timberwolves take lol. We definitely didn’t go all in and still have so many routes to an extremely bright future. It’s funny how big accounts don’t know ball lol.

THIS season literally proves that Westbrook DOES Help make his teammates better. PG13 accomplished this ALL being on Russ's Team.
yeah exactly idk how u dont know this😭
Thunder were contenders and they had hype. They also had good defenders like andre Robertson and Steven Adam's and rising jermai Grant, Noel etc.
I think I speak for everyone when they say this is one of the lists they don't wanna see their team on 😂

Unfortunately all this happened during kobe bryant rape case. I still get clowned about my lakers losing this series. Since i am from detroit.
@@legendarypsychomike4309 now what has the pistons done since? Just remind them how bad they are 😂😂😂
@@legendarypsychomike4309 that was in 2003 where the case happened. Shaq injuries and being out of shape also played a role
And they would've won it all if they were healthy.
Teams try to hard to get a big three when you actually need one superstar, one all star, and a bunch of good role players.
Maybe 2 all stars most years. Aaron Gordon is all star level

The KD, Kyrie and Harden nets did not fail miserably. Kyrie sabotaged the team

The 2020-2021 Nets are a prime example of this. Now they don’t get control of their draft picks until 2028.

How did the lakers fail miserably if they went to the finals. I would understand if they didnt even make the playoffs
A little early on the wolves. Towns was injured most of the year, against Denver Naz and Jaden were out. Yet they still played well.
