I just finished my first year here! It was amazing! I commented on this video back in June saying that I was scared for orientation. I'm definitely a new person, and I encourage everyone to go to Texas State if they have the opportunity.

This video puts such a smile on my face. Was at TXST from '11 to '13, and it was the time of my life. Living on campus was such an incredible thing there. :)

I REALLY wanna go here! Watching this makes me really happy because it's like a glimpse into the future ((I'm a junior in high school right now)) I was just wondering how hard is it to get in? How did you personally get in?

I don't think it's too hard, but you do need to try! Don't just shove it off as something super easy, bc getting into a college in general is something you have to either have the grades or test to show for!

The ONLY con I can think of right now is parking. Parking sucks, but other than that everything else is awesome! You're going to love it here. Take advantage of all the organizations that you can join!

It's a great school! Lots of hands on experience in classes and lots of extra curricular opportunities!
