So basically what it means is that you download some movie trailer from internet that has 5.1 audio and then you can remove almost every single other sound except dialogue from that Trailer. Then you can use almost fully clean dialogue from Trailers. I found this out just recently and my explaining of this is pretty bad, but watch that video!
