Kunu is actually meant to be watery bcos its a drink and not a porridge like they make it in Lagos now. Its drink or beverage that you drink even when taking your regular meal

Thanks for this clarification. I always tell people that kunu should be light not thick like pap as Lagosian want it. I made a lighter one but when the complain is too much I begin to make a thick one.

In north here better kunu is thick that's the original one not the one in lagos here that is watery

Hi, it can be oreserved up to 7-10 days in a freezer
