I was selected for optum in my clg campus placement previous year in Sept. and june July tak they said joining hogi lekin now they are saying ki they will onboard us in 2024 or they will call us if there is business need. This is very depressing for me . Do you have any inform that when will they onboard us or anything related to this?
Yeah I heard about this . So sad to hear about this . I think you should probably try for another organization as hiring is freezing in optum . All the best and keep it up

And I was not allowed to participate in any other campus opportunities because I was selected here with good package. Now I don’t have any thing in my hand. This is very depressing for me and this is very unfair to call some students and keep some student on hold without giving any information and not getting reply form HR.
@@nehasrivastava9132 yes it is hybrid , you have to complete 10 day office in a month ,good part is there are no fix days you can complete any days of month .

If you are newly joining company then you will get bonus that is totally random .
What about cabs? Is optum provide cab facilities?
Yes Optum provide cab and traveller service and that is free of cost right now .

Hybrid menas some day you can do wfh and and some day from office.. In optum we attend 2 days from office and 3 days from wfh.
Is there day shift for clinical investigator job role ?
yes they have day shift (8 Am to 6PM ). I met with some of the Clinical dept people in office cabs they had this shift.
