Great video, beautiful shots! I'm from East Lansing, but living in AZ and just watching this for a couple min reminded me why I love that campus so much and wouldn't have chosen any other in the world. You captured the beauty (on a rare sunny day) :)
Glad you enjoyed it Bethany. We get a few sunny days, and you have to take advantage of them haha. I don't know if you went to East Lansing High School? But if you did check out my channel,. I did a quick one minute video on that as well.
This is so awesome! You should definitely go get some shots of the graffiti art under the bridge near Bogue, the woodlots (Baker and/or Sanford), the pool on a sunny day, people hanging out at the patio near the Peanut Barrel on Grand River, the rapids near the library - ducks included, and the trees in the lot between Jenison Fieldhouse and Munn. Not that you need my input, because clearly you're gifted at finding cool shots... but I've been on campus for four years and I still marvel at the beauty in some of these places.
Thank you for the suggestions, those are all wonderful areas of campus, and on the list. The area with the ducks was under construction the last time I was there. Glad you enjoyed it!
fineartamerica.com/profiles/john-mcgraw.html?tab=artworkgalleries&artworkgalleryid=291609 There is a link to my MSU photos. I sent you a message as well. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks John
I saw the message, thanks! I knew that having a non GoPro shot was unlikely, but no harm in asking! That shot as a big print would look awesome, but I might settle for something smaller :) I'll let you know if I have any questions while I decide!
Eric Schendel Sounds good. Yeah if that one get's blown up too big it will get pretty grainy. But plenty of other options. Thanks for the comment, and looking at my work!
I was just wondering, have you run into any problems flying around the University campus? Did you have to go through any permissions process to do so? I know they laws are all a bit grey around here as far as flying goes. Anyway, great perspectives of campus, reminds me of what I am going back to this fall!
Greetings from Panama. I still remember the beauty at MSU. I hope to come back soon. Go green.....
