I totally agree to his opinion!
But, I think it's a little difficult for Japanese people to watch only English videos or something like that because there so many attractive contents in Japan like anime or drama or movie etc.
So we need to jump into the "English pool" with firm determination that I must get the ability to speak and listen to English!!
