- Presenting Raag Nat Bhairav by Pt. Harish Tiwari.
As the name indicates it is a combination of Nat and Bhairav. Ramasray Jha assigns Nat Bhairav to morning hour. This is a derivative of a Karnatic raag of the same name. The karnatic original is a Melakarta (parent) raag , whose counterpart in the Hindustani system is the Asavari Thaat.

If talk about Pdt Vasant Rao Deshpande Ji's rendition ..... Yes ..... But his rendition was a live broadcast in AIR, in the year 1984. I was just 27 years old at that time. Today I am 67. This might have been published on a Disc - record after that in 1986.

Similarly, Tiwari is so busy perfecting the mimicry of Bhimsen Ji, that he is unlikely to develop any serious musicality ever. Of course, occasionally, he does provide clownish entertainment. Here is doing a double mimicry of course, dressing Vasantrao Deshpande's Nat Bhairav into an ersatz, garish and cheap quality imitation of BJ. Truly unfortunate.
