Do you need to pack your lats. I almost think of this is imagine you’re wrapping the bar around your body, which will help you keep the bar close. He may find your squat position will be a little more Ford however, for me, that’s not a bad thing, as I have such a long spine and femurs. This keeps the bar closer to my center of gravity and that I am significantly stronger
@Holly T Baxter thank you and to the other lady that replied. I tried it In the position I saw you squat with last night,and it made a huge difference. Wasn't so forward while squatting, and I did just overall feel more comfortable and more stronger in the squat.! Thanks 👍🏼.

Never understood how people can squat with the bar that low on the shoulder blades
It sometimes depends on your limb length. I’ve got long femurs so it feels more natural to have the bar lower
