I appreciate your benevolent sharing of valuable knowledge and really appreciate both of your really good energy on these videos. Additionally: That concerned look after acknowledging that veterans experience prostate cancer more than anyone speaks volumes of unsaid suspected causes. I'd suspect the vaccines, vaccines, vaccines, then the PFAS and what other contributing factors might there be? I'm wondering if it has to do with certain job fields also.
A means test is a determination of whether an individual or family is eligible for government assistance or welfare, based upon whether the individual or family possesses the means to do without that help
I served from 1979 to 1982 in the Navy on a replenishment oiler. I was exposed to JP-5 jet feul. In 2008 I came down with Leukemia. The Doctor said it was exposure to Benzene while in the Navy. I have never aplied to VA benefits because I thought that the VA would never correlate Leukemia in 2008 with my service in 1980. After my 8 months in the hospital, about five weeks after completion of my treatment, I suddenly lost my vision. I have been told it is the high dose chemotherapy that damaged my optic nverves. What do you think? Do I have any chance of getting service reelated disability?
My husband put a claim for his back in 2017 and was denied. He recently submitted a claim for Radiculopathy and secondary other back conditions. He has a diagnosis for Radiculopathy, DDD, Chronic bilateral back pain and chronic lower back pain. VA stated that the proper form needs to be returned 20-0995. And that's the form turned in.
Exposure to Potentially Hazardous Substance was recently entered to my VA Problems List. I have a claim at VARO. A TERA Memo was submitted to the claim. Who completes the TERA Memorandum? No C&P exam has been scheduled for this yet.
I started getting headaches, sore throat, sinusitis, bronchitis and upper respiratory infections after being exposed to JP-5 fuel on an almost daily basis. The medical conditions are all recorded in my C-File. I still have and am being treated for headaches, sore throats, sinusitis, and bronchitis. I was diagnosed with Asthma after I was discharged. Is this enough for service connection for these conditions?
I have a claim at VARO HRL for over a year. It's currently showing in National Que. I contacted Congressman and they made an inquiry on the status of the claim. VA response was that they are waiting for "Federal Records". What Federal records would that be? I got my C-File in 6 months.
My husband is service conn. at 60% (after VA math): Hypert. w/ CKD 30%, Paresthesia of Skin, toes w/ 5th toe Dystrophy rt/ lft lower extremities assoc. w/ in-serv. frostbite 20% ea. Paresthesia of Skin, rt/ lft upper extremities assoc. w/ in-serv. frostb. 10% ea. My Code Sheet listed all of these conditions as “Static” w/ “No future exams.” My goal is to get him to Permanent & Total status. To achieve P&T I think I need to either increase at least 1 of his service-conn. disab’s to at least 40% w/ all of them totaling at least 70% or getting at least a 95% or 100%. Am I interpreting P&T requirements correctly and do ALL his service-conn. disab’s have to be “Static” to qualify? If so, is there a list of specific disabilities that are deemed “Static” by the VA? I can only find definitions. Thanks for any help.
Hello I was thrown off a horse and the back stuff is in my records I’ve missed my cutoff date but I just found out they don’t have my military records. How to I get them in the system??
I’ve had back problems since 1995 I was riding a horse in Turkey that got spooked. The keep denying my back claim even though the Va has done several lumbar nerve injections. I’m at 90%
I'm at 10 pct for tinnitus, all my claims denied back knees PTSD cuz not in records 1979 1986 VA cannot find my records. Exhausted all aves does the more likely than not fall into this category? More likely than not
Am I the only one that thinks my tennitus isn’t able to be described by a single factor? It’s not always at the same frequency and pitch, the pressure in my ears can be more intense depending on how I am currently feeling in relation to my health. The sound level to actually hear and understand what is being said is consistently changing. The tv needs to be turned up and then it becomes really loud and I have to turn it down, I keep the closed captioning on to help when I can’t understand the words because it’s not clear? Does anyone else chase phantom electronics around the house trying to figure out what is on because the ringing sometimes sounds a lot like a spinning hard drive? 😂😂 I’m going crazy
Curious as to why you support Trajectory Medical, when they don't do anything for the Veteran. I checked with the VA and they don't recognize this company. I know personally cause they ripped me off a 1000$ and didn't do anything to support my claim. I see it as fraud and notified the VA , VSO officer at the main office.
Foreign Medical Program won’t Reimburse my Dental urgent care care expense when I was in Manila. They said that TDIU is not qualified to Veterans in Manila, even I was under VA community care before l left for Manila. The TDIU law said TDIU is qualified to all medical care to include dental care.🥲
Matt, you look so happy every time Carol is with you in these lives. Awesome duo! Thanks for all you do. From a veterans wife
