I’ve been watching this channel for years and I don’t think I’ve ever seen her use the terrain tool
Ooh she did that one time that she made the 70s inspired house
To be fair, there are people who are masters of the terrain tool on TH-cam and the gallery, but most builders don't use it that much. It takes some getting used to, you have to make sure the routing is still good, and when every other lot is flat (unless you go in to change that) it can seem a little off if the terrain isn't subtle. But anyway, Kayla should try a few challenges using the terrain tool! (Or use inspiration if there aren't any.) I think that'd be fun. :D

@@me.0436 Same! Haha though I think I've only tried it once. I might try it again sometime but unless I have a vision or direct inspiration, the other issue is just... you know, what to do with it. Other than random little hills all over the place. 😂
Edit: I loved the farm lot James Turner, formerly theSimSupply, created which had a hill and platforms used as a staircase on the side but besides that and a wheelchair ramp, I don't have any concrete ideas.

My sim married Alexander Goth in his old age and so I briefly moved into the goth house ... remodeled the whole thing... and then moving out I accidentally made my sim steal all the furniture!! I was like !!! We don’t need!!! Sixteen pairs of 20 foot drapes!!! And every sconce!

if you do more townie houses, you should build on the lot next to the house that way you can make sure it looks as similar on the outside as possible and so it looks funny when it's done. kinda like 'don't talk to me or my son again'

1) Roofing is an absolute nightmare and since I'm still bad at building houses I just.. don't roof it and put a fence instead

ooooooo, try to play the sims mobile! I had to live with it for years! also, I can’t get into my game! it requires me to sign into my origin account but I forgot password and there’s a clipping problem in the forget the password thing on cause I’m playing on my Mac and it is so frustrating because they want me to do like a security make sure I’m not a robot thing but there’s no confirm button!
