Man what a performance, blew me away. I was not expecting this but it was so awesome to see! The thumping bass and the stage set up adds to the atmosphere! Loving the live performance and jealous that Japan gets so many great ones.

They are the actual money makers of SM even till now. They invented kpop idols being popular in Japan. They like perform in 60,000 and 80,000 venues. I am a YG stan but TVXQ are literally Gods of kpop.
There is no idol group that can beat TVXQ even if it's the idol group that is currently the most popular ... the quality will never be like TVXQ

They are legends and are usually called the kings of kpop. They are also the group that makes their agency the most money and have the most sold out tours
This was their finale stage of their 'Time' Japanese tour in 2013 with about 75,000 people in the audience.To date, they are the only foreign artist outside of Japan to perform at the Nissan Stadium. They are scheduled to perform there later again this year on June 8-10th as their 'Begin Again' tour finale, which is set to attract around one million people total. :)
Maybe the reason you haven't heard of them was bcoz they went to military service for 2 years and just come back late 2017. And another reason is because they promote more in japan than in korea. They are very big in japan and i think japan people not classified them as kpop artist because they work so hard from bottom in japan until they popular and they are fluent in japanese language. So when kpop wave died down in japan they are still big. Even their upcoming 3 days nissan stadium concert ticket already sold out.
I know everyone was a newbie at one point but "Was TVXQ popular?" cracked me up. They are the most popular and legendary kpop boy group of all time.

I fly to Japan every year just for tohoshinki (TVXQ) live tour! because the live performance in Japan is just insanely good, such a wonderful experience!!!!!!

Thats stage was in 2013. The attendance was 75000 and they held 2 days concert so 150000. They still very popular in Japan and they gonna do concert in nissan stadium this june for 3 days. the first ever artist to hold 3 days in nissan. they were the first foreign artist that held solo concert in nissan and the only kpop group that hold concert there.

Tvxq debuted as a 5 member group way back in 2003 (?) They were a leading group ever since.
Unfortunately, the group broke up in to two groups: JYJ (with 3 members), and tvxq with the remaining two.
TVXQ (in Chinese Tong Vfang Xien Qi), DBSK (in Korean Dong Bang Shin Ki) and in Japan known as Tohoshinki are real legend and gods of kpop (literally gods, their name translates to "Rising Gods of the East"). They made kpop popular in Asia and opened Japanese music market for other kpop groups. They debuted in 2003 with 5 members as acapella-dance group. I prefer TVXQ as two. People called them traitors for not leaving SM with the rest, they were put on hiatus for 2 years. But they put all their trust in each other and came back even stronger. Keep your head down was their announcement that they're the Kings. I'm really proud of these 2, so is their whole country.

The red light is the lightsticks of the fans , is the official color . Cassiopea was at one point the biggest fandom in the world. TVXQ ( DBSK) are legends They were a group of 5 but 3 members sued SM and left They form JYJ now . They have been in the army but TVXQ is back now . They have a new song Chance of love. You should also see their most famous song Mirotic , Back seat from JYJ and Mine from Kim Jaejoong ( solo song ) , Flower by Xia ( Junsu) solo song
maria r in my opinion Cassiopea is still one of the largest fandom in the world regardless of TVXQ Yunho and Changmin not being on the scene for 2 years due to them serving their mandatory military service for their country.

They are extremely popular. Please react to miroctic from them. TVXQ was a five persons group, but they are now TVXQ and JYJ. Reacting to their live stage performance is really enjoyable.
My first favorite kpop

They used to have five members and was the "TOP" kpop group back to 2008 ish. But unfortunately they split into JYJ and TVXQ(Tohoshinki, in Japanese). I am a committed fan of them for more than 10 years, have been to over 30-40 concerts to both groups. But just one thing makes me so stick to them is the live performance in Japan, which is usually a yearly tour. The performance you guys just checked was the "Time " tour in 2013, which was the first time they have been able to hold 2 day-concerts in Nissan Stadium. They are the 13th artists been authorized to have concerts in there also the only foreign group who has such a reputation and honor in Japan.
Last summer, I have also been to the 3-day concerts, "Begin Again" live tour in Nissan Stadium as well. They performed insanely well, even if under the huge rainfalls, not even one mistakes happened. They've shown the conscientiousness and commitment for the career, and I cherish the wonderful experience they have created with us. Even if they are not as influential as before. TVXQ is the BEST.
The blue ray records of Begin Again are not yet available on youtube now, but I highly recommend you guys to check it out once its out. Also, please react to some of the 5 member performance as well, they possess what everybody admitted as the highest configuration in a kpop group.

This is TVXQ aka Tohoshinki Begin Again Special Edition Concert in Nissan Stadium.

They had 3 days concert in Nissan stadium, to be the only foreign who could held this. And from all Begin Again Tour 2018 until now they sold more than 1 million tickets. They break their own record bfore. Even in heavy rain the last day concert in Nissan was held from the beginning until the end about more than 3 hours, but they could performed well. You can watch the video isn't so clear bcoz it's raining hard and the audience wore raincoats.

My friends and I went to Chile 2013.07.07 tour catch me. They are amazing I love TVXQ to die. We are from BOLIVIA the best concert for sure. I am waiting because they are going to come back ^^

Their song translated to every language in the world.... you can say that tvxq and super junior the two bands that made the k-pop international.....but the kings are DBSK you have to see their red ocean

They seldom promoting on TV or music shows after their split into 2 & 3..and that’s might be the reason why you guys never heard of them..but they’re the idol of most of the idol nowadays and also known as the king of kpop.. my experience of 12 years -drown- Into kpop..watching weekly music shows and so..I still prefer them and JYJ as my kpop kings.....yes 12 years! After watching all new & strong rookies .....they are still the best artist from Album to stage!
