I love it when people discuss 50 years old as being "OLD". At 76, my kids are nearing 50. I still work out,but obviously much lighter and hope to continue working out, eating healthy and being happy here in Thailand for a decade or two longer. Cheers,

I like all you guys for telling it straight but I hear King talk and I just like the guy because I am from NJ and He sounds like the guys I grew up with and trained with. BTW- I am 66 and it isn’t even close when it comes to gear compared to then and now.

I agree with DJ. Lundsford structure is gonna expose a lot of guys!! His leg flow and sweep including calves plus his arms are better than many of the top guys.
I would think that with everyone being tanned so dark these days that you would want a contrast like white as a background but then I guess the white would cause a glare off of the lighting. I would think that when you are training these guys like Sampson or Big Ramy you would set up a backdrop of black and use similar lighting as the contests use because they might look great in the gym and the black backdrop and intense lighting might change everything.
I like the role Dennis played in his career as “The Threat” to other people’s placing’s. Builders probably thinking well shit if DJ shows up we could place here instead of there etc 🙇♂️
Milos is annoying afffff with this leanness thing. Milos never EVER had enough size or muscle. He's one of those naturally lean guys who is smaller. It's in his genetics and DNA. Everyone is like that where he's from. And he absolutely crucifies people that aren't shredded all year. He even talks about how they should be 8% or 10% year round. Like get the fk outta here man. That IS NOT healthy for most people out there. For those people who naturally are shredded and small... Sure. The rest, nope.
It is much healthier, (prettier, better...etc) to be a fat f.ck...eat whatever and have a good excuse for not being disciplined enough to be in shape year around... After all - why would you want to see chiseled abs year round and every fiber when you move or contract any muscle? Why would you want to be in shape - when you can be fat f.ck like everyone else? I don't crucify fat f.cks (oh, am I annoying - repeating myself?) - I just put them in their place...Stay fat, have excuses, live that kind of life as it is obviously better and more satisfying. On 1:14:00 Dennis James said there should be a vote. What vote there is in NPC pro league? the pro league president self elected,vice president elected by the self elected president and so on. You are in a Anarchy and you are getting paid and cant say or do anything,just bend over,sometimes with a lube and most of the time without.But at least you are there and people aknowledge few of you and you are happy.
The bands pull the weight down when the band is stretched. Renting and using tripods the gum is probably trying to get free advertising when people are making videos in their gym .
But then again you can do everything right and still not beat genetics as far as dying is concerned. Steve Reeves said he did everything for his health and his goal was to live in his nineties but I believe he passed in his early seventies.
This is my favorite BBing podcast by far. Every Sunday I look forward to listen to it.
