Luv the sharp knife, makes it so easy. Nothing worse then a blunt knife.

It’s very interesting that the fillets are so delicate, they could damage. I watched 5 videos and they made skinning look so easy!

I work as a fish cutter in Nova Scotia. I can't wait to try this method of skinning the sole fish for fun.

its amazing how much meat you lose from one bad cut at the start, on any fish really. I cringe when my mates hack at a fish or try to be quick. by the time its skinned and boned there is just a jagged, thin tatty mess. take a little more time to do it right and the speed will come.
Need to try one of these knives.
I could watch you fillet fish all day. its like a samurai

I'm not sure your negative comments are warranted, as this is just another way of filleting and skinning and I definitely wasn't preaching this way. However I do look forward to you sending me your video on how it's done that's not a joke, as I'm always keen to learn new ways myself, which will benefit others as well, so please send me a link to your video.

Thanks Kate, hope it goes well for you, using a mesh glove helps a lot with gripping the skin
