The one about the attempted kidnapping has brought up an old repressed memory. Because the event happened so long ago, I had to call my little brother to confirm the details. I had him come here to listen to the story for himself and he was equally as freaked out as I was. When I was nine and he was six, we were trick or treating in our small southern hometown when the most benign looking old man tried to kidnap us. I've decided to get it all out in a short story version so maybe Lazy will use it in a future video.
Just a word to people working a job where you don't feel your manager is doing enough to protect you or your co-workers from a creepy and potentially-dangerous customer: Quit. If your boss is still making concessions to a customer who is menacing the employees, your boss is weak. Even if nothing bad comes out of the creepy customer, it is only a matter of time before some other bad situation happens. Something bad always happens when management is weak. Get out before it happens. Jobs are replaceable.

So they end up using more, and more, until they can't support the habit financially. There's only so far you can push anything before it familiar like a nught light. Even horror. It's alright though, periodically I'll stumble across a new one, and it's always a pleasant surprise. I definitely gravitate toward the "true" stories.
Steve Cosmolove I'm with you. I've exhausted reddit, youtube, the "deep web" (.onion) and even Netflix chasing those chills. Of course on the "deep web" your limited, because if you delve too deep into horror your very likely to come across stories where the subject matter isn't so much frightening, as fucking sick. It's funny, nothing that used to give me chills does anymore. I'm too much of a skeptic. I liked the Sallie house investigation, although that could easily have been faked. The only movie that "moved" me in the last 10 years was insidious (first one.) Which, by all means, I understand isn't that frightening to most people, nor was it to me. However, like a year after watching it, a few moments of it popped in my head as I was telling someone about it, and I felt that familiar chill run down my spine. Although, I was very tired, and working the midnight shift with one other guy at 3 am in a steel plant that spans 1-1/2 city blocks after a power outage so it was only me, qnd my junior tech lol.
I was wondering why the female narrator's voice sounded so familiar then Lazy mentions it was ReignBot doing it and I got so happy. I love when my favorite horror TH-camrs collaborate :D
The vermillion lake story is straight up one of my favorite true horror stories of all time, ever since I first heard it when this video came out. Whenever I need a good spook, I come back to it.
The lake ghost must’ve been a Wendigo. I got more scared then I’ve ever been listening to that story, and I’m 90% sure I’ve been 10’ away from a skinwalker, I actually teared up and started shivering violently 3 seconds before you mentioned Ryan’s Breakdown, idk if sharing a name with the poor bastard made it worse.but for once, I won’t sleep soundly tonight. the scariest thing abt these stories are the ones that are the most relatable, knowing how easily it could happen to you and I like it when additional documents like links to articles and and photos, gives it more realism.

Its a ghost obviously lol. I have a friend living in Minnesota. I asked her has she ever been there, she said she love it. I never even mentioned about this story yet but I asked her did she encountered anything spooky. She said she did. While canoeing she said she saw a body floating in the water with white pale-ish face and long black hair. When she move closer suddenly the body sink again slowly. She thought maybe she was just imagining things, but all of a sudden she could see a long black hair like floating next to her shoulder like being blow by a wind. She immediately went back to the platform and told her family. Anyway her description was very similar with the story description and I didnt even mention the story yet when she told me her story. There are many made up stories on reddit and the internet and so on but whoever was writing this I believe was telling the truth.
The first story in this one is definitely my favorite that you've ever done. Took me forever to find it again (seen basically all of your videos so its hard to backtrack XD)

I was born in a small town right near Vermilion Lake; there's a summer camp out there and a lot of cabins. I remember local kids coming up with all kinds of creepy stories about the lake; the tin man was the one that sticks. But about the only strange thing you're likely to find is Richard Dean Anderson. 😁

the scariest thing abt these stories are the ones that are the most relatable, knowing how easily it could happen to you and I like it when additional documents like links to articles and and photos, gives it more realism.
im a hotshot driver so i go out of state alot and these stories are awsome to listen to driving at 2 in the morning in the middle of nowhere! thanks for the entertainment!

A holler isn’t a dirt or gravel road, it is a hollow in the mountains, usually in the Appalachia Mountains. Makes me wonder if this story is true because nobody from the south would call a gravel road a holler.

Really wonder what was seen at the cabin.
Its a ghost obviously lol. I have a friend living in Minnesota. I asked her has she ever been there, she said she love it. I never even mentioned about this story yet but I asked her did she encountered anything spooky. She said she did. While canoeing she said she saw a body floating in the water with white pale-ish face and long black hair. When she move closer suddenly the body sink again slowly. She thought maybe she was just imagining things, but all of a sudden she could see a long black hair like floating next to her shoulder like being blow by a wind. She immediately went back to the platform and told her family. Anyway her description was very similar with the story description and I didnt even mention the story yet when she told me her story. There are many made up stories on reddit and the internet and so on but whoever was writing this I believe was telling the truth.
The first story in this one is definitely my favorite that you've ever done. Took me forever to find it again (seen basically all of your videos so its hard to backtrack XD)

I was born in a small town right near Vermilion Lake; there's a summer camp out there and a lot of cabins. I remember local kids coming up with all kinds of creepy stories about the lake; the tin man was the one that sticks. But about the only strange thing you're likely to find is Richard Dean Anderson. 😁
