Most favorite: Mares Abyss MR22. They last for a long time and they don't have useless features that break. Easy to service and adjust. Least favorite: Apeks. Any of them! I got 4 of them and the first stage fails between 6 to 12 months after purchase. One even had brass splinters under an O-Ring. Had to repair two last week. "Warrenty" on a regulator is useless. Any serviceman will claim ist was due to wearing parts that are not covered by warrenty.

Kirby Morgan Balanced 2nd stage SCUBA regulator for primary and secondary all day every day. Stages carry Poseidon Cyklon 5000s mainly for size and not being handed means I can put them left or right and route them directly without needing to reconfigure anything.

It should be reminded that Apeks Flight series regs are warm water only. Therefore they definitely don't do the same thing as the bigger ones. In our country water is never above 10C if you dive deeper than 15m.

One thing I like about scubapro is its lifetime warranty (if you have it regularly serviced). Thus, the expense is amortized over ... a lifetime!

it was very interesting that 4 of the top 5 regulators you sell are in the mid-high to high range of regulators, I would have thought that mid-low range would be higher volume sellers. Do you find that it is truly the function buyers are looking for or just the vanity?
