Make sure you have both of the devices in pairing mode to connect .
I'm trying to connect this device using the audio output of TV to airpod pros. I have them both in pairing mode as/instructions, set in TX mode, but they don't connect. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just bought earbuds ver 3 and i cant get them to pair. Any suggestions ?
