what is the water inlet situation? On the Hobart, you can basically put a hose over a water faucet to get the water in. I cannot see the solution anywhere.

Hello,
This machine has a stopcock at the back of the machine to connect the water inlet. When the stopcock is opened (you have to do it manually) the water begins to enter. However, the machine has a 230V connection if you want to add an external electric valve.

Does this peel a rutabaga?

Certainly, we have never used our potato peeler to peel rutabaga, but, according to our Technical Support Department, you probably wouldn't have any issue using it for that purpose. We believe it would work.

We did some tests with the peeling of Yuca and the results were not good. So we could say that it is not suitable for peeling Yuca.
