Sorry for the few week delay, the weather mixed with the holiday season has kept me busy. More videos coming soon! I hope you enjoyed this adventure and I was able to provide you with some entertainment, information or possibly some inspiration to put a smile on your face! Like that shiny new flake of gold in the pan, I look forward to seeing you next time.
Hi Tim, I like the changes you made to the AUTO Classifier. The pieces of PVC connectors is a great way to hold the springs cheaper than what I used. I like the way you recirculate your water. Very efferent. Scott was a great helper for you. Thanks Scott keep up the good work. You look like you got more of the goods this time too. GET MORE GOODS. later
Hi Delmer, the holiday season has been busy! Yes I has to sand out the inside of the PVC pieces to allow the springs to slide in and out smoothly they are a very tight fit. The water was a huge help, I think that is really a huge aspect when classifying materials down to that small of a size. Scott was a great help, always nice having company while out washing rocks. I know I am getting excited it seems like I keep finding more each time I go out. Can not wait until the spring/summer when I can process more buckets with more daylight. : ) I will be emailing you back soon!
A solution for your water dilemma, could be to use a "Gold Rush nugget bucket" with your classifer, Should concentrate 5 x 5 gallon buckets, using just the water supply from the river...That is one cool machine
Thanks Susan. It started out very small and able to carry in a backpack and I have just continued to add on to it. It was a really fun process learning ideas and trying them out. I was lucky enough to get a Gold Cube Trommel from my Gold Cube so I will be using that a lot now since it is a lot less to travel with and eliminates me having to move the dirt twice. Thanks so much for checking out another video Susan!
That is a great idea DMI, I have thought out a solar panel to power up some stuff in the summer time when prospecting. Might save some weight on bringing extra battery's for the longer summer days when you get more daylight then the battery wants to work for. Thanks for the tip I am going to look into this for this coming spring/summer.
Thanks Troy, That Gold Cube has treated me very well in the area I have been digging. Can not wait for some longer warmer days to get it out on other locations. Thank you very much Troy I hope you have a great holiday season and new years. Looking forward to more prospecting next year!
Like #48 Looks like you enjoy building gold mining machinery more, than actually digging gold. :-) Some kind of drum clasifier (vibrating box), clasified sand transported by water directly into cube... Just showel stuff in... Looking forward rof new updates... :-) Greetings from the Heart of Europe. PS: I need that BlueBowl thing... :-)
Always enjoy your videos and awesome job on the new and improved AUTO Classifier!!! Question though, where did you get your Blue Bowl and have you made any modifications to it?
Thank so much as always for watching Archers, I am enjoying the water upgrade to the classifier it has made it so much faster plus less overall work. I got my Blue Bowl off Amazon, I can find the direct link if you need it from my previous purchases. I did change out the small hose and water flow value it came with, with a little longer hose without ribs and a larger water control valve (basic garden hose value) to allow me a wide range of water flow options. The original value works that it comes with but has less room to play with so can be difficult to get the water flow set exactly where you want it. Overall I do enjoy using my Blue Bowl as it does a great job but I will say it does require some learning and patience when you first get it. I might make a Blue Bowl video of my setup and how I like to use it as I learned a lot from others and it really helped me dial in my setup. Happy holidays and heavy pans Archers.
@@yepwelp9163 I would think the first thing everyone should do with a Blue Bowl is to replace the ball valve with a gate valve, allowing much finer adjustment to the flow.
Nice set up! I've been thinking of building a mobile highbanker w large wheels. How easy does dolly get around river for you? Awesome prospecting builds Tim! keep 'em coming.
Thanks Paul, I will admit it is a large setup which is only good for specific areas as a lot of places require a smaller setup. The water was a game changer but I still prefer having fresh water from the river vs recirculating just because you want clean water for processing the material especially for the gold cube as the vortex matting can get filled up with junk material if the water is super dirty that is processing through it. I would like to modify this to be overall more efficient. Learn a little bit each time I play around and modify it, plus it is a fun time. Re guarding the dolly it does work but not as great as I would like. I really think I am going to try out a small utility wagon that has the 4 wheels vs 2 so I dont have to balance the dollie over the cobble, as it rolls over it ok but makes for a bumpy and uneven ride which kicks it from side to side which can be easy to tip over and lose the load. I also really want pneumatic air tires vs the solid tires I have. I just didnt want to have to deal with the maintenance of them but they would provide a lot better ride across the cobble and uneven terrain I believe. I will let you know soon as I get mine and try it out should be soon! I have seen a few way to use tire slime or another tire sealant in the tires when they are still good and they will last a lot longer, so I am going to do some research on that and hope I can eliminate any of the maintenance on the pneumatic tires.
Hahaha, thanks DMI! I really appreciate that comment! I have really dived into gold prospecting this summer and have done a lot or research from reading to watching others videos. I have really been enjoying the treasure hunt prospecting gold provides. Thanks so much for always leaving engaging comments! Hope you have a great holiday season and New Year DMI!
13:20 Yeah, it really sucks when you get material "up your pump." 😆 15:30 Isn't "concentrates" what you get *_after_* you run the classified ore through the Cube? I'd call those three buckets "classified material," and what you get out of the mats "concentrates."

Was a ton of fun going out with you! Glad to see we found some goods as well!
Found some nice goods for only moving a few buckets of dirt. Was a great day besides the cold wind!

I use the same buster ... they work well for the most part
Wow! That's one heck of a gold mining moble command unit. on a dolly, very clever!!

You have to have a way to get the air bubbles out of your overflow/syphon pipes. Once you clear the air bubbles your system will function properly
I want one of those!
Cool setup.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New year to you and your family.
Thank you Delmer you and your family as well! Be safe and enjoy!
need a 5 watt solar panel for the battery. not sure how long they last. of course you’ll need a sunny day. lol

Yeehaw! Tractor supply 5 or 10 watt might be perfect! home depot now has all kinds of neat solar panel stuff now. good luck out there!
Nice gold u found 👍. I hope u n yours a marry xmas and a happy newyears

Where'd you get the SPRINGS?

I can't watch this... Do you have a 3 minute version?
What river are you near?
