Today my guest is IngerShaye Colzie. She is a mom of a son that has ADHD, a psychotherapist, and an ADHD coach. She realized down the road that she had ADHD and officially got tested and was diagnosed with the combined type at 54 years old.
IngerShaye dives into ADHD and Bipolar Disorder. What is bipolar, what are the symptoms, is there information in how ADHD could affect bipolar disorder and how do you manage it? This is a topic that has come up a quite a bit lately and I thought it would be a good time to explore it a little more.

You never realize how much something affects your life until you see how much it's part of your life and what you do every day. So I am a strong proponent of if you think something is wrong or doesn't feel right do what to can to get tested and figure out what is wrong. Because it could have been causing difficulties in your life you didn't even realize.
