    You never realize how much something affects your life until you see how much it's part of your life and what you do every day. So I am a strong proponent of if you think something is wrong or doesn't feel right do what to can to get tested and figure out what is wrong. Because it could have been causing difficulties in your life you didn't even realize.

      Except whenever I communicate this to others I'm accused of making excuses for myself instead of being listened to.

    3 days ago a friend told me that they think I have bipolar I never thought I had any issues myself but they are around me a lot and I already was diagnosed with adhd very young I am 43 now and I am a little worried

    They are social constructs, ie society is backward
