This video kicks ass. 👍🏼 I tried to remove the cowl without removing the wipers but turns out there are 2 clips holding it in. Long story short, I took off the wipers. 🤣
With the help of this video I installed new plugs on my 2012 Civic Si. It takes a bit of jiggering to get all the plastic lined up when re-installing. Take your time and be patient. It’s not that difficult to re-install. Thank you so much! A well done and easy to follow how to guide.
Just did my si 2012, really tks for everything, it was like the video, great tutoriel, just the plastic to remove had to wiggle, to remove and reinstall was a bit difficult for me, but overall job is done and my engine performance is on point, super happy, keep the good work

As an engineer, I would like to apologize to the world. But please know we don't always do this on purpose, we start off with something that is great, but accountants tell us we need to cut costs without sacrificing performance and stuff like this happens. Add on that service keeps dealerships going so I won't deny we design stuff that is complicated on purpose so you bring it to a dealership... Again, SORRY!

Exactly which spark plugs did you use for the replacement? I want to order these same ones
I got the NGK 5787 Laser Iridium
What size spark plug socket 5/8 deep ?
Yeah 5/8
Thanks for the video about to do mine
Heck yeah bro 💪
is there another socket i can use other than a spark plug one
Yeah 5/8 deep socket and a magnet extractor to get them out
how do u take out spark plug socket after putting in new one? mine gets stuck inside after tightening
You can start to thread them pull out the Sparkplug socket and then secure it with a regular 6 point deep socket. Hope this works bro 🙏
