I had a beach pond build from Aqua Scapes but had them remove the beach part of it a year later. The build up and maintenance of the sand in the entire pond constantly needed maintenance. Aqua Scapes always educates customers on the extreme extra work required to maintain a beach access pond so they are not just installing it without ⚠️ warning. By the way…..I have a wall similar to this customer. I had stones with flat surfaces cemented onto it and had potted plants all over it to totally cover the concrete. Looked 100% damn amazing 🤗
Great job. Love the waterfall. It’s funny how people take for granted what they’re seeing is going to be something incredible. If someone just happened to see a shot of this in progress they’d think a bomb went off in the backyard. 😂😂🤣
Simply STUNNING 🤩🤩🤩 Team Aquascape!!! Congratulations to this wonderful family that now will be making tons of memories in their own backyard. How cool is that? A+++
Gosh that's gorgeous. If you guys ever come to The Netherlands for some projects let me know. We have this waterfall in our garden that hasn't been working properly for years now and it would be so amazing to get it to standard with the updated garden. Love what you guys do complimenting nature and beauty in such harmony. Great job!
I think this is my favorite rec build yet!!! I've been watching you guy's for a long time now and I just love what you all do so much. If I was a bit younger I would love to get into this as a job/business. Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work everyone!!!
When I build a sand beach (fingers crossed) it will have to be way BIGGER than this one, and it won't be abutting a house, so, no worry about drainage protection. Should I still put down liner under the sand? Would love to see some chalk talks on pond design and the reasoning for putting features where you put them., other than sight line.
Can you guys slow down when showing the final reveal towards the end so that we can get a good look at how the project turned out. Lately you guys have been flying through the final look.
Another very creative project!! The one rock waterfall is amazing!! This definitely needs a comeback visit to check how will be once the landscape is established 👌
Just multi layered amazing, but leaves me with questions you did the intake bay differently but glossed over it, intake with a skimmer and a jet? And all the pumps are internal on a rec-pond? In the past the emphasis has been made that they needed to be external. And the sand did you just use builders sands, or DG; either here or Ed had mentioned not to use sand but to use DG sand is dirty and you constantly have cloudy water but DG has bigger grains no fines is just stone.
I want to attempt to do a small DIY plunge pool rec pond next spring, is there a aqua scape facility or class I could take to learn the basic ins and outs before I start my project?
Is this considered a rec pond with the beach entry? Do the pumps have to be external? You mentioned the vault so I presume all the pumps are internal. Just wondered how the requirement for external pumping is determined. Great work as always
wondering the same. we see the aquasurge 2000 pump into the skimmer vault. how do you determine it is safe for kids to play into the water and the beach entry using submersible pump?
Wow there is so much I would love to say about this one but wow! The use of the wall, the beach, the waterfall rock makes me jealous lol and the formal integrated with the natural formations...reminds me of Shaqs build. Great job team! Would love to see an update planted.
I love your videos, but you need beauty shots once the water clears etc. Just showing the end of the build when the pond still "janky" is very unsatisfying. We want to see the magic not just the ultility. Thanks!😊😊
I love your videos I've watched tons of them now but PLEASE watch them back, it's really hard to watch when you're moving the camera around fast. I'm typing this on my smart phone right now while the video is playing and you're whipping the camera around and it's making me sick and I'm not even actually looking right at the video. Please pan slowly!!!
A bit underwhelming IMO. 🤷 Typically it's the waterfalls/ streams that get me and the ponds not so much. 🫢Vice versa with this build. The waterfall and stream area up top left a lot to be desired. And I actually loved the pond portion of this one! The layout and rock work is spectacular. The one thing never debated, the amount of hardwork and dedication everyone from the team puts into each and every build. For that, I'll say I like it, even though it's not my favorite. 👏 👏 👏
Amazing finish as always, well done
A green wall against the concrete wall would the icing in the cake
Donated a bunch of fish to this pond. Looks great! Hope it is being enjoyed. Great family!
Oh hey!! Tysm for the fish we love them so much ❤
Just saw the Pond Guy’s follow up visit video. I remember watching this a year ago. I miss these old build videos! Bring back the old format! 🤠🇺🇸😍

OMG, what an amazing transformation! I love how you integrated the waterfall into the existing retaining wall... so creative.
Thanks
How do you keep the pond liners from being destroyed when you use boulders that large? Outstanding job by the way👍🇺🇸
Great job. Love the waterfall. It’s funny how people take for granted what they’re seeing is going to be something incredible. If someone just happened to see a shot of this in progress they’d think a bomb went off in the backyard. 😂😂🤣
This is Awesome!!!
Dearly love the zoomed out scenes, the close ups make me giddy 😅
I love the boulders that were picked out for the waterfall. Well done team!
Awesome job! Love how you worked around the original wall. Pond looks like it’s been there for ever.Great Job!

beautiful work! very natural, with some plants around it would be spectacular.
I could not wait to see this project finished. What a unique feature! Creative mind on overdrive!
This is going to be stunning when that magnolia blooms. Great job guys! 👏 one day I will have an aquascape rec pond 🙏

Looks great. Didn't show the upper falls. Did they face the window or patio or both?
Not a good final reveal on this one, kinda left you hanging
Absolutely stunning!
All that in such a small space. Perfect!
Can you guys slow down when showing the final reveal towards the end so that we can get a good look at how the project turned out. Lately you guys have been flying through the final look.

Another beautiful job guy's! Can't wait till the next one!
Great job, looks awesome, looks like it’s been there for ever

Pond of the year
Sweet!

Awesome beach!
Another great job!
Great job ones again 💪👏👏
Awesome work!
dude great work but you need to slow down the camera movement you fling it back and forth so fast
WOW!! Looks great!!
Please revisit in a year or so so we can see how it's matured with all of its plantings!
What type of sand is used? What is the best to use? What do they use in Vegas? What filter system is needed or best for a sand bottom?
you guys are so awesome
Beautiful
What kind of sand was used. I like the look but does it cause problems in the pumps?
One word epic 😎 👏 🙌
such a cool project!
How much does something like this add to a power bill?
Wow⁉️😊✌️❤️
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
PS when is the next pond contest? Hint Hint.....lol
Awesome build, but have a feeling those kids will trash it in no time. 👍🏻
💯🔥💙👍
👍💯💯💯
Someone tell Brian he's zoomed in. O.o
I can’t take it all I see is that dirty dirty wall
Will the fish die if people swim in it with sun screen
Use reef safe sunscreen or natural mineral sunscreen 😊
What's the price? $$$
😚😚😚😚

Power wash that wall
