There is a prophetic Hadees that says that sun will rise in the west. A scholar said that not all signs of the end of time necessarily have to be viewed in a negative light. There is also Hadees which says that literacy(use of pen) will increase which is not necessarily a bad thing. Maybe the Sun meant Islam, if we view it in a metaphoric sense or maybe it also means that the actual sun will rise in west.
