Hi,
Thanks for sharing,
trying your project, compiles well,
All looks functional but LED_STATUS is not reflected in Arduino.
LED_STATUS: 1 => Led Turned OFF
adding additional code:
Firebase.setInt("LED_OUT", 1);
same problem, LED_OUT is not received in firebase
How can I debug the issue ?

Go to board and choose Nodemcu(ESP-12E module and then check your port and try to complile
