If tanks like Ultra Spawner deserve to be nerfed because it was broken, then Vulcan deserves to be buffed because it it is far too weak. It doesn't even have to be top tier or good, it just has to be better than... this.

Heres what I found out that seems to be the main problem with vulcan: Its bullets are extremely weak. It took double, nearly triple the length of time to kill a beta square with no upgrades on vulcan than it took with just a regular no upgrades nailgun. To put into perspective how bad this tank is, you would be better off just using the nailgun instead, as not only is the speed and firerate of the bullets practically the same as the vulcan, the bullets of the nailgun are significantly more powerful, so the biggest thing to take away from this is: This tank is literally a *downgrade.*
True facts, when i first saw this tank i thought it would be like a minigun. Needless to say, i was HEAVILY disapointed. Devs, if youw atch this vid, BUFF THIS TANK. A LOT. LIKE. A LOT.
This may be a downgrade, but there are so many tanks that are just not worth a whole tier. Have you seen stronghold, which is literally 1 extra trap and drone barrel?

0:13 Take the "very large bullets" (not Big Cheese, its drone is too slow for this) branch as an example, because the only way to play them is facing away from your opponent so they think you're not fighting them or pretend you're AFK, then quickly instakill them at point blank while also twirlning unnessecarily, then thinking you're skilled if you look cool while doing that. They're even more insufferable in Maze, where they can hide behind corners and base drones (so you can't get behind them) like a coward and become virtually unkillable. The Mega Trapper branch isn't any better, due to how fast tank-sized traps can be shot compared to tank-size bullets. 6:22 This Raven died while running away from the weakest tank in Arms Race? Really? If you had at least SOME consistency in your "skill", you could suddenly turn around and instakill him while you keep running from the Jerker. But no. Because you're a Raven main, so the only way you know how to play is being a twirly coward.

Since the bullets seem smaller than the Nailgun’s, buff their speed to same as Nailgun but nerf their penetration.
Maybe their health slightly too.
It's cause their hp is weaker. This tank has such weak bullets that the regular nailgun can outperform it in dps.

The only time this tank shines was in siege. Max bullet pen and reload and you'll get a good score with it.
i wanted to buff it but 2 people who also balance arms race tanks were against it...
