training basics in terms of positioning is key. Our biggest fault even with other managers was not being in the right place defensively and making themselves available in key areas for a pass. the amount of times we with the ball and no one is within a line of sight for a pass, or too far from the passer. Pundits always say we need to speed up the play, but that isn't just one pass football, it's down to positioning to find space to allow it to happen. If you are always easily marked, even in midfield then you can't play quickly for a sustained period of time.
Our movement off the ball has been poor for years, creating chances and scoring goals when we have possession has been declining every season since we played counter attack under Ole.

Manchester United fans worldwide let's give Ruben the best support we can plus stand by him, back him through thick and thin inspire/motivate him too, give him that well known United fanbase support we're known for in the footballing world, but importantly be understanding as well as patience.
Why always this Media on Manchester United turf ? There are more 19 clubs in EPL right now?
Cuz no one cares.....
United get relegated, championship games will have more viewers than prem.
I'm not deluded, I'll honestly say without United prem will lose atleast 50% viewership, ATLEAST!
@ sky Sports milking the cow 🐮
@daniyalwaliaziz6500 Are you dreaming? Do you really think that Manchester United is gonna be relegated? Because at the moment they are on a bad run? Some haters like you are dreaming a lot. You are really delusional.
@@daniyalwaliaziz6500 if you look at the number of shirts sales worldwide, there not even #1! If you think the league would lose half its viewers, you’re completely deluded
@@daniyalwaliaziz6500 Hahaha why did you delete my comment?
training basics in terms of positioning is key.
Amorim, is a manager that can win Ipswich the EPL title. He will do it effortlessly because he won't be under any pressure while executing is style of play
He's done like 10 interviews saying the exact same thing, and the same questions being asked. Give him a break
This journalist just took all the questions I had and asked Amorim. Well played to both.
50th interview from sky
I don't see Slot having this many interviews. If one new coach can be left to work, why not another? And just before some imbecile starts saying that's not why pool are so much better than us this season, yes, yes I know...but this sure doesn't help either.
People were saying a similar thing with the amount of early media appearances Slot had, and thats still less than this 😅
He doesn't need to justify himself to anyone, not whilst he is winning
because manure is a comedy show rn
another day, another interview
What I respect about this coach he did tell us early the storm will come. Us supporters are just happy to have a good young coach who communicates so well. On sunday we saw his energy in the team
We have to back this manager no matter what. Amorim is the only person within the club that i trust. Fact he said "It's harder to coach the players who don't want that connection" that's one very telling statement & says it all about those within the squad. Certain players wont last under this guy & I'm all for it
Hes done more interviews than we have scored at home
hes not a good manager, doesn't give confidence the way he talks
@@obamer1342 OK Coach.
Hes got no time to manage with these amount of interviews ... Taylor swift doesnt get this amount of tv time @@obamer1342
@@obamer1342he's got no time manage .. has todo interviews . Taylor swift doesn't even get this amount of tv time .
😂@@simonlee498
Everyone commenting about how many times he’s been interviewed and watching them every time are literally the reason they keep doing it
Reuben is a man with a mission to improve United. He will be the most successful Manager after Fergie.
For everyone wondering why United get so much exposure, it's because we're still the biggest club in the country and historically the kings of the Premier League with 13 historic titles.
Exactly… I don’t understand why United fans don’t get it.
United are in a league of their own when it comes to premiership giants
not even the biggest club in Manchester 🤡
😂 champions of history
@@stevenlobban8162 history is as relevant as anything.
If that’s the case your last match don’t even count, because it’s in the past.
They are still the kings… and I hate United.
But it is what it is 🤷🏾♂️
He seems very intelligent and honest.
This guy spends more time in interviews than training the team.
You need to work on your math skills
Its not his fault is it? Its not like he asks for these interviews.
coaches train the team not the manager. Get a grip.
@@Irfan87Or does he? I don't see other managers being interviewed as much
@@evansonwaithaka8744 Because its United, good or bad, its clicks. Hes contractually obligated to do so and has said he doesnt like it. You really think he calls the club or Sky up and say hey i wanna do another interview?
As much as I wish he wasn’t doing so many interviews, he can’t let the media run with a narrative that isn’t true. I appreciate his honesty and dedication to the job, he’s gonna get United back to competing at the top 🏆
Folks complaining he’s doing to much interviews….then like me clicking as soon as they see an….interview lol
Chickens and eggs Barbara
Bro has great energy
Sky sports is nothing without MANCHESTER UNITED.
Cant help but really like this guy and I feel he is the right man.
Is this just a weekly segment now?
Yes
You can just feel his genuine and honest love for the club and admiration for its history and character
Best talker in the league. No trophies for that accolade unfortunately.
I believe in this guy he is an excellent manager and will turn united around to winning ways.
How boring must it be? Same boring questions being asked in every interview and having to give the same answer every time.
Let this guy work 🙌 He has a plan, a vision. If that will work, i don't know, but he looks hungry to succeed
i am actually frightnened by Rubens potential as a manager, her is potentially the greatest manager of all time, he has everything
We love you Rubes. Keep going and take no prisoners! You are doing the right things so dont waver
If Ruben reaches the end of his contract, he will age 20 years. You can already see the wear and tear on his face.
He wouldn't be the first
Amorim is cool. Really pleased how it's coming together. It's a long game - Utd will get there. This season will be tough though, with moments of promise
Amazing job, you always bring the coolest stuff.
something about this guy man, he has my full prayers behind him. i hope that he will be here for the next decade. serious claims im making if you look back past 15 years but something about rubin that i want to fully trust. i hope he gets the freedom he needs to be able to get the squad he needs. hope im not the only one who feels this way, but im a new gen fan and maybe i know nothing.
Sky sports news live for Manchester United
I like the way he explains so well
This guy looks baked 🍃🍃🔥
I disagree, he’s still delightful to listen to
@@nicgeorge991 ahhahahahahahahhaha leg it
Ruben amorim ruben amorim!! We will back you and fight your corner 100 percent. We are blessed to have him gets my unwavering support.
At this point Sky Sports is glazing Man United now. What's this? 10th interview? I've lost count.
Well yes, they know what gets them clicks
Glazing? It's constantly poking and prying trying to get content to tear players and the manager down, constantly questioning the players character, managers system and questioning team togetherness... There's no glazing here
Well done to ineos on bringing this coach in we have someone who can be here for many years and continue that identity. What made manchester united different from other clubs in the past we stuck with one coach for decades before players could come in they already knew who the boss and the club is stable
sky is there because united is still the biggest club in England that's why
About to have the league wins equalled when Liverpool win their 20th title in May, a club that has twice as many champions league wins already.
Which is the biggest club in England? We need to start being honest with ourselves and get our heads down and work to reverse that rather than kidding ourselves, or trading on past glories. United is a mid table club right now. Let’s be honest with ourselves here.
From a United supporter.
Doesn’t matter the appeal is just different
@@dominiquecaswell47 appeal? You choose your football club based on where you are from, at least I do.
Go Ruben Go ❤

Sell most of that team before they throw you under the bus like the long list of managers that came before.
How?
@toddytyke ASP if anyone will have them 😆 get more of the youth team in if needs be or join that list of previous managers..............
Give this man players that will fight for the badge and you will see.
Alex Ferguson has blood on his hands. It's all his fault for leaving us in this absolute bloody mess, he was selfish and valued his own success over the long term health of the club.
Duck off you Muppet. We have been saying since the glazers took over it's all on them
And worst comment award goes to this guy.... clown. I bet you're no older than 9 years old....
Incidentally, he left Moyes a title winning team. The myth that somehow 6-7 players aged beyond comprehension and all held walking sticks the next season is ridiculous. Moyes bought Felliani and Mata, ruined Zaha and sacked the whole title winning backroom staff. If anyone, blame Moyes for the start of this calamity.
He’s is just perfect let him work ❤
He’s too honest 😂
This is crazy non stop interviews 😯 which other manager is doing so much interviews? This guy is a gentleman example of a fabulous manager, top bloke
British media is really trying so hard to break this poor guy. He is so patient with them - and guess what - he doesnt need to be! He could easily start giving shorter answers and have a less-friendly attitude. Yet, Amorim is still staying extremely professional and friendly.
I mean even look at the Title of this video. "I don't have a lot of patience" is what they really want to highlight from this video. It's a good thing he isn't watching or reading whats going on in the media. Kudos to the Mister.
Forca Ruben!
RUBEN WE TRUST 🔰💯 I Absolutely love the Dude how he conducts himself with the media and all the crap at our Club ..... everytime he speaks makes you feel the incummmming GOOD TIMES 👀 BECAUSE IT WILL HAPPEN !!!!
imagine Ruben as head coach and Ragnick as sporting director
"I don't have a lot of patience"
Hearing this from such a chill person should tell you everything about the club.
It's easy to be a Leader in good times. Your true character comes out in tough times. Robbo & Keane.
Everyone asking to give the guy a break media wise but this guy has to shine a light on us for the fans he’s the spokesman for a terrible demise and it’s good to hear that there is a clear path cos I can’t see it
More interviews than training sessions is diabolical!
I love this manager, he just needs time and some new players of course
I'm a Liverpool fan to the core, but this guy's way of thinking and vision for Man U makes me hope the best for Man Utd, even though they are the enemy!
I can see him turning Man U. His ideas, his understanding of the human nature and dynamics of the modern game, is profound. Makes me just believe in him
