    I’ve enjoyed the Monticello videos; however, you need to wash your hands and sanitize the cutting board after cutting the bird. You also continued to use the same towel, spreading chicken juices all around each time you wiped. I realize it may not be historically accurate, but somehow I think Jefferson would’ve approved had he lived long enough.
