This is only pain relief when your on the brink of death in my experience the opiates do help as does ketamine and benzos all together but right after surgery I’d be so happy seeing this bottle it works better than almost all of those but it’s temporary and I was told expensive so I didn’t get it often but with so many broken bones and surgery it was the only relief I had for months at a time
