Podcast series good step....
He is logical, academic, organized and intellectual a little bit. However, he is better in English that's the only demand of qualifying CSS. The exam is not such academic and intellectual in nature. There a lot of lacunae in assessment & evaluation to select right person for right job.
Overall a good interview.

What role has the civil bureaucracy played in the destruction of Pakistan in the past 70 years? We need to start thinking about answering this question to fix Pakistan.
But its the main core especially in countries like Europe it needs to be upgraded and revamped
