What do you expect when around 200 Probationary officers only are trained every year ?
They should have ethics, Quran, and technology (A.I.), classes in their common training program, and should also be trained in anti-corruption/malpractice studies, so that they do not become corrupt in the future, nor take bribes from the public or anyone else. Bureaucracy, is supposed to help the public and all, not the otherway around! 🙃
They already have wide range of Subjects during CTP and STP, like Ethics and Public Administration etc.
But me to PMA jana chahta hun

Agr ksi ( Gvt Employee) ki age 31 Dec 2024 ko 32 years 6 months hn to kya wo CSS 2025 m appear ho skta h?
Q k 32 years complete huy hn abi 33 years age Nai hui .
June 2025 m 33 years hogi.

Do CSA charge fees for training officers ?
No, It's government body which trains CSS officers after being allocated. Govt pays the Probationery Officers the basic Salary as well.
Iss acadmey me CSS ki tyaari krwaty?
Nh. Allocated CSS officers ki training hoti ha Yahan.
Visit krny dety h?
Yes only If you want to make a documentary or Vlog, then you have to seek permission from DG CSA.
