The ink tank system appears to be much better than the cartridge system th-cam.com/users/postUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 and a lot cheaper to run. The machine was easy to set up. A small point but I thought they'd be a USB cable included to help with the set up but there was none. I've been using it now for a few weeks and it seems like a good product and superior to my previous printers which were all troublesome HP machines.
We are having issues with the color profile. We follow the installation guide and we couldn't find the profile listed among lots of options. The colors come out a little off, and it is more noticeable when sublimating pictures (they come out a little greenish)
Hello, Are you working with the Sawgrass VPM? Are your colors green after printing or pressing? If pressing, normally that is your press settings and not enough temperature or time. Thank you, Jamie
Hello! Are you connected to a strong internet connection? Are you using the same port on your computer that you did your installation with? Once an ink is depleted the printer will not move forward with printing until a new ink cartridge is installed. Thank you!
Hello! In order for the Sawgrass VPM to pop up, you will need to print to the Virtuoso Print Manager. Either in your design space you will select VPM as your printer and select print, or in Creative Studio. Thank you!
Sawgrass stinls! They are a scam. Print manager won't load. I think they block because you aren't using their ink. Support told me outright that they wouldn't help me. HORRIBLE customer service!

Seems so wrong that a $1600 printer doesn't support wifi... very very annoying to have to connect to my laptop.

I did everything...but it says my printers offline but its not...my magenta is depleted tho. I cant print without changing that cartridge correct?

This is a sublimation printer that will print images for sublimation heat transfers.

This printer will work for t-shirts. We would suggest that you do a little research for the best option for you.
