For the minwoo mod to remove the rattle just take off the cap and push the grip in a bit more, that will stop the two tips from moving around and hitting each other

Alex is not lying to you. He is just saying that lighter mods help you learn control of your mod better. If the spinner in 8:05 spun something lighter, then the moves would most likely look a lot less smooth. So heavy mods do influence your style, it just won't be as noticeable if you spin a heavier mod.

Its good and really helps you build muscle memory rather than using the weight of the mod...a lot of ppl in the community prefer heavy weight bcoz its easier to for beginner but crippling for long term
