You are definitely getting there. I like the way you go into enough detail to help a novice like me to understand things a little better after watching your video
With velocities similar to a .22 LR that’s impressive bud. Hell of a hold over and adjustment for wind. Very cool where the technology has taken us in the past few years.
@@WiscAirGunners My biggest concern at this very moment sir is the attention the larger and more powerful calibers have brought to us. I’m very concerned that the “Left” will take away the things we love because of a few bad actors using them in ways they were NEVER intended sir. I’m very concerned for the future of our sport at the moment under this administration and the constant bragging of just how powerful these PCPs have become.
Nice video, pretty amazing where pcp's have gone as well as slug tech in just a few years. I have the mkIII Wildcat BT in .22 and am just in love with this gun. Similar speeds and settings to your impact but using 26gr javelins. Thanks for your info and effort pard.
awesome video pj 👌 I used to shoot slugs out of my mk2 25 cal 700mm sniper but once I got my m3 22 cal 700mm sniper edition I found it to be way more accurate than my 25 ccal pasted 100 yards it's my go to gun for long range shooting slugs awesome man thanks for sharing bsafe buddy 👍
I’ve seen them in and out of stock, but I’d reach out to one of the big dealers like Utah Airguns as they might have some idea of frequency or volume they are getting.
Replace your camera telescope lens with what size lens and what brand, friend? I also have a gopro hero 7 black but I can't use it to take videos on my telescope, because the standard gopro lens gives very small video results. Help me to find a lemsa that my friends can use 🙏🏽🤝
Hey PJ, thanks so much for sharing so much info. As a still fairly new air gunner (and fellow Wisconsin resident!) I've been watching every video I can find of you sharing your wisdom. Any chance you would spend a little more time and walk through how tune your guns from start to finish? Especially your impact M3 in .30cal. I know you have generously given your tune and tips on moderators etc but I also know each gun is a bit different. Just an idea, thanks in advance!!
Great video bro. Can you post a link to those tri-pods? I added a Saber Tactical TRS to my MK II 30 cal, and I did it mainly to make sure it holds zero, which it does, but it also tightened up my groups even more at 75 yards (the length of my range) which is an added bonus. If it will clamp onto that carbon fiber shroud you have there, it may help you out as well.
A question about using the pellet probe with slugs. Are you using the pellet or slug port on the barrel? Have you tried the Huma enhanced pellet probe with the larger opening? Thanks.
I did use a pellet probe, but had a few slugs nosedive, and wound up with lead in my transfer port that I had to clean out. I went back to the standard probe and have left it at that. The issue was that the pin probe got bent. That got progressively worse as I kept using it. As to your first question, I’m using the slug port as it needs the airflow.
For some reason I thought I was going to see one of those really cool cocking handles on this video 🤣 There's always next time. Awesome shooting tho Brotha!!!!
Hey pj so I have the same set up from hajimoto and I’m having a strange issue with the audio and video not in sync I’ll take a shot and the sound of the shot follows up waaay after the pellet has already left the barrel are you having the same issue and if so do you just fix it in the editing process?
I have a mk2 tuned to shoot JSB knockouts at 950. Primarily a pester and no problem reaching out to those long starling shots. I get two full mags or about 60 shots. I’m curious as to your shot count. It’s a .22 also.
Excellent work as always brother!!!! Great video!!!!
Thank you very much!

Absolutely. I wouldn’t have thought those shots possible a couple years ago!

I've been using 28grn ZAN slugs, at 1015fps. 1st reg at 170, 2nd at 145, macro 16, micro at 4.2, valve at 4, getting 1" at 100yds.
Nice!
Always enjoyed your videos from day one and this one isn't no exception buddy. Great shooting.
Thank you very much Johnny!

The Wildcat BT is a sweet setup!
And that’s still close to 22 short velocity
Great video PJ! Hope we get to go hunting again soon!
Looking forward to it!

@@WiscAirGunners yes sir love the channel 👏
Great video! Love the hunt stuff as well as just watching. That’s awesome! That was looking like the wind at rmac 😂
A little less swirly! The RMAC winds are so back and forth in the canyon.
Any idea when the general public can get these FX integrated harmonic tuners?

I use the Firefly 8SE 90° camera in a SlideShot scope camera mount. Hajimoto Productions makes a kit.
@@WiscAirGunners can you help me to get gopro hero 7 lens for my sidecam ? so I can get good video shoots for hunting 🥹🙏🏽
@@arnosnipersumbar Contact EagleVision Cam in the UK. He can sort that out and has the best replacement lens.
Very nice 👌 👍
Thanks!

PJ, Thanks for the quick reply! I have come to the conclusion that slugs seat better using the pellet prob and that tightens up my groups a bit.
Nice video I'm new to the fx guns. Just got my impact 35 Cal and need a tri pod what is the name of the one you are using???
Two Vets Tripods from Two Vets Sporting Goods.

No. That sounds like something is wrong in the Firefly. I’d try formatting the memory card and see if that helps, or just try a different card.

I’ve been topping up after two mags. I could go more but it’s a good time to take care of it.
What is in front of the barrel ahead of the Sumo?
I'm guessing you are talking about the harmonic tuner. That rifle has the FX Integrated model.
👍👍
Thanks.
What’s the valve set at? Thanks
Four lines. Pretty much wide open.
Nice T/shirt 🤪
I worked hard for that one!
