Man, I didn’t notice that Kamek battles can be quick, the final one took me forever to beat him!
Yeah it’s not only hard but also it’s VERY luck based.

Did you notice in Kamek's second fight, we had shiny and flashy flip-flops, but in kamek's third fight, all the stickers turned into regular flip-flops with the same power and not sparkling anymore, despite the fact they kept their original size ?

I remember when I first fought the Buzzy Beetle, I was so young I didn't know you could trip it, and I just resorted to using Ice Flowers.
2:02 how does that not count as a perfect bonus? It didn’t take damage
In this game,you have to defeat the Bosses in 1 turn in order to get a Perfect Bonus
In Color Splash,you only need to not take damage or get your paint stolen in-between turns (this explains why you can get a Perfect Bonus on Roy even though he steals it at the start of the fight)

There is absolutely zero challenge in this game that it's embarrassing.
The thing stickers trivialize boss fights to the point where any challenge this game gives you you need to find yourself.

In case you still don't understand, you have to pay attention to the Egyptian Toads, specifically the direction of their head and their hand positions. What their holding is what you put in. Left on the left, right on the right

Some people might say this game sucks and is the worst paper Mario game. Well I actually like it! The music is really good, but it’s also nostalgic. I remember getting this game and my first 3ds around Christmas of 2012.

Well it's because of three problems
1: There is not even a real plot.
2: The battles are pointless due to you lose stickers and can find coins anywhere so you try to avoid enemies like plague.
3: The bosses are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT if you don't use their weakness, some are even required, like the Big Cheep Cheep, you HAVE to use the Fish hook, which is EXTREMELY EASY TO MISS because it is very well hidden.

People love to say that battles are pointless in this game when they aren’t. Kersti flat out SAYS that you get more coins at the end of each stage the more enemies you defeat. Coins have a purpose in this game dude. Mass buying Things is really expensive.

@@user-op6de7hi7w elaborate on real plot. The plot is bowser touched the sticker star and it shattered due to being absolutely stuffed with wishes. The royal stickers go and make various enemies more powerful since they all grant a wish. (E.g goomba wanted to be a leader, mizzter blizzard wanted to never melt, gooper blooper wants to dance) The final royal sticker goes to bowser, where he gains ultimate shiny power that gives him the ability to survive a fatal attack and heal. (hence his second and third forms) Kersti thinks Mario touched it and forces him to get all the royal stickers back to right the wrongs.

YOU DON’T EVEN NEED THE HOOK TO BEAT CHEEP CHEEP. It’s hard but possible
PMSS isn't the first paper mario game I played but although it was difficult to get used to sticker fights, the original levels give a very pleasant atmosphere to the game (especially world 3-4) and this game has a great soundtrack. But that's not a better game than TTYD.
This game was so bad.
The only real incentive you had to fight enemy’s was to get money.
There are so many better ways they could’ve made this game as an rpg.
I personally would’ve made Mario’s hammer and jump abilitys similar to how they worked in past rpgs.
And instead of stickers acting like usable items they instead acted like perks that gave his hammer and jump along with himself passive abilitys that changed how Mario fought as a whole.
Like equipping the green shell sticker would add to Mario’s defense or equipping shoe and hammer stickers increased jump strength and hammer strength.
And as for the real object stickers you can equip them into rare sticker slots and use them once per stage run that way we don’t have to waste time constantly going back and getting them.
There were so many ways this game could’ve been improved that the devs never even bothered with implementing

Y’know early in development partners were a thing. There was a leaked chain chomp partner but it was scrapped due to miyamoto’s meddling

The former doesn't fit him at all and I don't like the melody and the ladder sounds so childish.
But even so,this is still my opinion and the rest of the sountrack is fantastic(especially Mizzter Blizzard's theme)
