Jesus said, I am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE. None can come to the father but though me. I am the Good Shepherd. My sheep know me, they hear my voice and they follow me.
You are right. Since Christ is the only WAY, why then do people pray to Mary and the saints? (James 1:22)

@@mec325The Blessed Mother and the saints are our brothers and sisters in Christ. We are a family, a Communion. We ask for their intercession. Don’t you ask your friends to pray for you? Or are you a lone ranger?
It is written….”The prayer of a righteous man is POWERFUL…and what’s more powerful than the intercession of those who’ve finished the race in victory.
And no, God is not a God of the dead. Christ said that those who believe Him shall not die. So the saints are very much alive. It’s those who live in sin that are dead
@@mec325 Those Saints are in heaven and hear our prayers. They carry our prayers up to God (that is intercession right there). Read Revelation. Jesus said the prayer of a righteous one has much efficacy. Who is more righteous than those saints in heaven! And Blessed Mary is there beside her Son. We are told to pray for one another (that too is intercession). To God through Jesus; to Jesus through Blessed Mary!

Please read carefully what the Apostle Paul wrote in (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18-KJV) and (1 Corinthians 15:50-53-KJV).
In this verse that you mention such as: (Matthew 22:32) and others like it, Jesus speaks of the resurrection of the dead but only according to the two 1st verses above. This quote that ''God is not the God of the dead, but of the living'', refers to the resurrection of the dead in Christ at the time of His second coming.
Mary and the ''saints'' are not yet in heaven. To believe in God is to believe in His WORD, otherwise our faith is in vain. There is only one Mediator in heaven who can intervene for us (1 Timothy 2:5). (Romans 8:34) Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
Think about it, if Christ is interceding for us in heaven, why would we need anyone else?
Do whatever He tells you…Mother Mary to the wine steward.

In the Liturgy of the Hours invitatory prayers, I am reminded every morning of this. In Psalm 95, we pray, “Today, listen to the voice of the Lord”…. The Liturgy of the Hours feeds me all day long. Scripture, prayers, and teachings….every single day. A treasure of our Faith. Thank you, Lord Jesus!

Prince William probably (Sad to say) didn't condemn the Antisemitism by the muslims all around the UK ,but especially in London, ( I'm so glad I don't live in London), because he was perhaps, too scared to offend the muslims, especially because, (unfortunately), his Father, King Charles, loves the muslims and their religion very much, and he is also (Sad to say again) the patron of the Oxford centre for Islamic studies, and has been active there for many years now, giving major speeches in praise of islam. The thief my sister in law and my sister left me with owing IRS 3000. They have money but cheap creeps won't pay me what they owe me after my brother's death pension which they made me apply for them. The Bible does not describe Mary as an intermediary between God and men. According to Christian belief, Jesus Christ is The Only Mediator between God and men, as it is written in 1 Timothy 2:5: "For there is one God, and one Mediator between God and men, Jesus -Christ man, ".

@@mec325 please! The Catholic Church teaches that Jesus is the mediator between humans and God. No one else is. The world received the NT from the Catholic Church. Blessed Mary, the saints (like Moses, who interceded always for the Israelites to God) and the Holy Angels hear our prayers and carry them up to God in heaven. Read the Gospels. Read Tobit. Read Revelation. To God through Jesus. To Jesus through Blessed Mary. We are commanded to pray for one another (that is intercessory prayers).
CHRIST does not lead you to eternal life. CHRIST gives you eternal life as a free gift by grace when HE, the COMFORTER, indwells you FOREVER (John 14:16 KJV) making a true real Christian a habitation of GOD (Ephesians 2:22 KJV) and of a royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9 KJV) and I guarantee you a habitation of GOD is clean and Holy and completely forgiven of all sins.....forever.
(James 1): 22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, DECEIVING YOUR OWN SELVES. 23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was . 25 But whoso looketh into THE PERFECT LAW of liberty, and continues therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

The RCC and its denominations do not put into PRACTICE the 2nd and 4th commandments of God, also omitting by default the 1st one according to (Ex. 20 or Deut.5).
(James 2:10) For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
Please stop spreading falsehoods about the RRC. We Catholics are a biblical people and obey ALL of God's commandments through Jesus Christ. You non-catholics do not. Especially with your rejection of Jesus's truth in John 6:53-56. Vs 53, "No life in you", vs 55, "no eternal salvation for you", vs 56 "Jesus does not abide/reside in you". Jesus's words!

P.S. learn the definition of an idol and idolatry. We have no graven images and do not practice idolatry. And learn what Sabbath actually means. It means "rest". Work 6 days and rest on the 7th. We do. The *Lord's day* is Sunday btw, if you knew scripture.
We love and worship only God through Jesus Christ. The highest worship is only found at the Sacrament of Mass, the Eucharist. Amen

The definition of idolatry is “excessive devotion or reverence for a person or thing.” Catholicism do bow to statues and icons of Mary, a forbidden practice according to GOD'S DEFINITION of what idolatry truly represents in His Eyes. The importance that God gives to the first and second of the Ten Commandments refers to idolatry: “3- You shall have no other gods before My Face. 4- You shall not make for yourself any graven image, or any representation of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth below, or that is in the waters below the earth. 5 YOU SHALL NOT BOW DOWN TO THEM, nor serve them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate Me, 6 and showing mercy to a thousand generations to those who love Me and keep My commandments. » (Exodus 20:3-5).
In short: The definition of idolatry is not that which men make of it, but that of God. It is not before the judgment seat that it will be time to change our definition of idolatry by saying to GOD: I DID NOT KNOW!
Regarding God's Sabbath, nowhere in the Bible did God or Jesus allow any changes to His holy day. In (Matthew 5:17-20) Jesus could not be clearer on this crucial point.

Why don't you consider what Jesus also said following the verses you described to me? (John 6:63) It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
John 6:35 says,'' I am the bread of life ''; whoever comes to me will not be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.
In Jewish thought, bread was equated with the Torah, and '' to eat it'' was to read and understand God's covenant ( Deuteronomy 8: 3).

Btw, all Orthodox denominations and *many* Protestant denominations have religious icons and religious statues. They are not idols and they are not graven images.
Graven image: a carved idol or representation of a false god used as an object of worship.
Idol: An idol is an object or image, such as a statue, that is worshipped as the representation of a deity or a god or goddess, instead of worshipping God alone.
In Catholicism or Orthodoxy, statues are not worshipped.
When you see a statue of Jesus or the Saints and God's Holy Angels, what comes to mind?
They are like family photos of our Sainted brothers and sisters in Christ, our Blessed Mother of God, Mary, and when we see these, bring *our focus on God* and all that God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) has done, and continues to do, for us. In the OT Temple, and in the desert, what did God command be made?
