Hi, when i am installing the mgl tool using ./install. sh command it shows error and show that gzip file is not available. Plz suggest some solutions how i can forward from this stage

Muniba Faiza MGLToole is not compatible with the new Mac software (Catalina) so I was able to use ADT and MGLTools using VirtualBox

mam i am unable to find alias adt line in bashrc file

That alias line has to be typed into the bashrc file by you. It will not automatically appear in the file upon installation of MGL Tools.

I installed autodock with the previous video I tried running docking but keep getting an error about./vina no file in directory

You don't have to write ./vina. You can just write vina and then rest of the command.

@@bioinformaticsReview thanks. any time I dock I don't accurately predict the binding site. I get ligands that bind outside the binding site.
