Do you think when the whites run they will go into a pot close to the inshore reefs from where they are coming from or would like to move further offshore before they seek shelter? Im thinking to put my pots out on the sand nowhere near any reef so the walking crays can seak shelter in my pots.
Hi Ryan, both actually. Early season is best to have pots close to the reef but in the sand, then as the season rolls on, pots further away is the go 👌 but that's just my experience!
@@Damo_Vinci in the past we have bagged out in one pot, all whites. Just don't really understand why they have only walked a short distance and pilled in our pots. I suppose just put them in the same area and soon.
I have had no crays the last 1.5 weeks. Reckon you are right. Still holding thumbs for milkcrate 2.0!
Cheers Anthony! Hahahaaaa I chose the wrong time to deploy that pot! Let's see how it goes in a week or so 😉
Damo you get all the wildlife. Sharks seals. The whites will be running soon.
Hi Vanessa, it's pretty awesome to see it so healthy out there hey 😎
Thank you 😊
We got 2 big hard shell reds just south west of your pots today . 4 pots 3 empty
Hahahaaaa 🤣 stealing me crays! Glad you nabbed a couple Ben, been a bit quiet for me last couple of pulls 🫤
I reckon another 5 - 8 days 😉
@ 🤣🤣 won’t bother with your pots at the moment mate 😂.
I think next week the milky won’t owe you anything ! Keep going Damo 🍻

Hell yeah, if that works and you consistently repeat the results, I'd keep doing it!
