Spotter, empty ride and antique train! Amersfoort - Zwolle CABVIEW HOLLAND 21nov 2020

During my reserve shift I was asked to drive an empty train to Zwolle. Because the train was parked at a different place than specified, we unfortunately leave after the slow train and drive slowly. In the meantime, one of the Cabview Holland discord server moderators Arjan Wolthuis is waiting in the rain to film my arrival in Zwolle. At Putten you will see a beautiful old train. Enjoy!
Tijdens mijn reservedienst werd mij gevraagd om een lege trein naar Zwolle te rijden. Omdat de trein op een andere plaats was geparkeerd dan opgegeven, vertrekken we helaas na de stoptrein en rijden we langzaam. Ondertussen staat één van de Cabview Holland discord server moderator Arjan Wolthuis in de regen te wachten om mijn binnenkomst in Zwolle te filmen. Bij Putten zie je een prachtige oude trein staan. Veel kijkplezier!

Around 14:11 you can start to see the front-end lights of a Plan U (Diesel electric 3 wagon train). Plan U might be old (build 1960 - 1963, out of service 2003), but definitely not antique.

Leuk. Het is de 151 herkenbaar aan 5 roosters aan beide kanten van het machinehuis en 2 patrijspoorten. Tevens heeft deze een vernieuwd interieur dus geen rode skai maar net als de laatste verbouwde Plan V paars.
Die reclames zijn echt superstorend.

I have been falling WAY behind on your videos, but I am slowly catching up. 🙂 I also like reading the descriptions of the different signs and signal aspects. Knowing what they are helps to know what is going on, and it makes each trip more enjoyable. 🙂 I only wish I knew how to speak Dutch! 😟
In the States, when we drive an empty train, we refer to it as "deadheading,." I'm sure you have your own word for it there. When you said "antique" train, I was expecting a steamer! It was still interesting, nevertheless. 👍

Dat is gaaf,de 115 plan U.zag er netjes uit.
151* de 115 is een pluk treinstel Voorde 151 en 114. 😀
Weer een leuk gezellig en ook een beetje eenzaam, zonder passagiers onderweg. Toch nog een interressante filmpje, talloze dingen om te leren, mocht ik ooit nog machinist worden... bij een alarmoproep moet je toch altijd ROZ, ik ben dat een beetje kwijt, ik probeer veel dingen van je te leren terwijl ik aan het kijken ben, wil gewoon niet dat mijn kennis verloren gaat.

I suppose in a way the translation makes sense. But nutrition generally applies to foods for people and animals.
