I feel you! I'm interessted in any game Lin gaver her approval to, but after the first LI desciption i was already sure i'd get it. Now the second LI sounds so interesting that i don't even want to watch on bc i want to go in blind into the game (bc it might be the next gem for me!) but i still want to watch the video aaaaah! Maybe i'm gonna play the video in mute while doing laundry, so Lin gets her watchtime at least and watch the video when i played the game next year haha

The MC reminded me a bit of Lucette from Cinderella Phenomenon I loved the defying steryotypes trope of the game, it has made it very interesting in my opinion. I am a bit tired of oblivious, shy MCs who need to be rescued, Rose seems like a breath of fresh air. Can't wait for this game to be localized, I will be waiting with the money in hand!

My guess is those mcs are easy to write - their simple style and basic personality means the writers don't have to go into overdrive to make certain traps too convincing - just make a trusting mc or an mc who is 'lucky' or 'unlucky' enough to be in certain places in certain times and boom, the mc is now part of the plot. It's also incredibly easy to write dialogue options for someone who gets easily nervous, as they'll either overspeak and give the other characters plenty to comment on, or not speak a lot leading to less writing needed.
The art is too delicious and it’s rare I want to do all the routes in an otome game! Normally there is 2 I push through to get to the route or ending I want, so this game is gonna be a rare treat. Also I just want to say I always look forward to your videos and always get happy when I see you upload 💖✨Keep up the great work!

this sounds amazing :D I i love elf and fairy themes and i loved my Sugar apple fairy tale anime/novel. I will be looking out for The Lost Delight this in the USA version :D i have played otome phone games since 2014 when i was in college. Recently i got a switch after finding they also have otome games now. I just got my Italian love story Pio Fiore and loving it :) and then i got Radiant Tale and love the voice acting :)

It's the same main scenario writer as Virche Evermore and Code: Realize guardian of rebirth... right? Also half of Cafe Enchante if I'm not wrong Satomi Nakayama slays each and every single time!! Even when writing “weak” MCs! The character growth is the best part!!! They are always unique in their own even when are considered sheltered or good characters. Virche was actually my favorite game and romance story ever (not only in the otome game genre) C:R is on top 3 to me, I really appreciate the writing depth... I'm planning to play this definitely! This review was excellent. I totally overlooked this game in the trailers, but wow the plot is incredible!! I love revenge mcs (last one i played was from a mobage called ninja shadow+). And the way how the LIs interfere in others routes and act as more than just tropes is really awesome. This game sounds like an absolute gem. Kinda cool that they all have wings too

I like when a female character knows what they're there for and go towards their goal, she doesn't automatically fall in love with anyone which I think is very human-like, but she still has feelings even though she's had it tough and tries to conceal them. She feels real to me and I like her a lot more than many other female main characters

Here I am trying hold off on adding more games to my backlog and you're not making it easy for me Lin lol. *Games goes on the backlog list* Hopefully by the time 2025 roles around that backlog will be cut down significantly lol.
I will no doubt try it, I also planning to learn to read and write japanese to play Yoshiwara Higanbana (it's a historical otome where you play as a Oiran a high ranking courtesan. Being warn it doesn't play around with dark content as Oiran did not had a good life.)

Would you say that the tragic portions are on the same level as Virche or more tame? I can handle tragedy like the Psychedelica series but Virche seemed to be too excessive to me. I would like to try out this game but I definitely would want to know if I can handle the painful parts even if the art is stunning and the concepts are interesting!

gosh I got spoiled by your thumbnail, I'm still on my first route with alfred and it's pretty boring so I don't know if i want to continue, the main plot seems good but nothing surprise me that much (john and oberon secret predictable since the first time heroine reveal that the queen want her to be a xxx) and there's some cliche scene but still I like the protagonist personality more than hinagiku. she might even be the most relatable protag for me(in term of personality).

So maybe try Lucas or Linus and see how you feel about the game then! Yes, the protagonist is amazing! I really disliked her in the beginning, but she absolutely grew on me throughout the routes!

If the game had trigger warnings I just read reviews to know how bad is it considered so I actually watch the full videos of games I’m curious about but not sure if I’m playing, to decide if I want to buy it.

gosh I got spoiled by your thumbnail, I'm still on my first route with alfred and it's pretty boring so I don't know if i want to continue, the main plot seems good but nothing surprise me that much (john and oberon secret predictable since the first time heroine reveal that the queen want her to be a xxx) and there's some cliche scene but still I like the protagonist personality more than hinagiku. she might even be the most relatable protag for me(in term of personality).
@@イデア-f5i honestly, after Alfred's route I thought the game was pretty mediocre, but as I started Lucas' route I was in love big time!
So maybe try Lucas or Linus and see how you feel about the game then!
Yes, the protagonist is amazing! I really disliked her in the beginning, but she absolutely grew on me throughout the routes!

I understand why you disliked her in the beginning (for me it's the way she decide to help charlotte or not) she can be very manipulate for a revenge but at some point I think she's a bit of tsundere? like repress her own emotions because the past trauma and for the sake of revenge, so I'm still on positive side, ok I will comeback and watch your review later. 😅I hope I can finish the game soon.

thanks for the review! 🧡 Sounds pretty interesting and the overall style looks nice, although not quite my taste. When you said you should stick to an order, I thought "meh" at first because I've liked LI with long hair since Hakuouki. That's why I was even more pleased that we were still starting with Alfred. Let's see which other games will be released in 2025, maybe I'll pick this up! 😊
BTW, sorry for strange english, I use the translator for simplicity's sake because I'm also from Germany and sometimes I'm just too short on time/lazy to translate myself. 🫠
