This is what we experienced in the #utah #backcountry as we explored several miles of off road trails over three days through the #wilderness of the San Rafael Swell! We also tackle a black diamond trail, the #devilsracetrack!
This is Part 1 of our San Rafael Swell adventure! We shared this adventure with our good friends Chateau Tacoma and JS Overland. An overland adventure shared with friends is always a good time!

The Swell is truly an underrated part of Utah, loads of fun. I took a hard pass on the DRT and took Fix It Pass the connector to it going North. It was just technical enough for a similar long bed Tacoma rig. It took Cane Creek Wash out to Buckhorn Wash and Cane Creek it one of the funnest trails I have done on 4 wheels(and sometimes 2!!)

There is so much adventure in Utah!
We liked most of the overlanding we did in Utah. But we didn’t do the swell. We were camped near part of it at one point, I guess. Didn’t really realize it. Think we may have missed out on some good exploring.
It is massive!!! So many off road and hiking trails to explore. Just immense beauty.

As a native Utahn, it is NOT the "San Raf E El Swell" and "Sway-Sey: .... It's the "San Ra-Fell" and Sway-Z.... Get their names right. Swasy's homesteaded the entire area.
