I moved to OKC about 10 years ago, formerly livng in Italy, Germany, and Japan. The steps OKC has made amd plans make me optimistic for the future of the city.

On broadway make the parking parallel on the street because backing up into oncoming traffic not being able to see sucks also put bike lanes on the street it would work out so much better cuz it also eliminates extra space so the lanes don’t have to expand

". . . sharrows marked by bike symbol." is listed under Bike plan.
I'm sorry, but any lane which is designated as for both cars and bikes is a lane just for cars. It's not bicycle infrastructure.
Even a standard bicycle gutter is better.
Putting the bike lane between parking and traffic is a bad idea. It places the rider between cars whipping past the elbow at 40 mph on one side and doors opening in our faces on the other. Better to put the parking between traffic and bikes.
The buffered bike lane is slightly better, but still not "protected", even with the addition of flimsy plastic marker posts that wouldn't stop a determined sparrow. I'm sure it's all very "urbanist", but it's a poor design to use when updating the streets.
