Really enjoyed this video. I too struggle with anxiety and depression and have thought about taking my own life several times. Just know there are people who care about and love you deeply. I know the pain is very bad at times and I still think about it at times, but you cant leave the people who love you and need you in their life. That pain to them would be unbearable. That is what is keeping me here. Just an internet stranger, but you are my brother and I care about you and I love you!
I’m about a year in and my subscription is coming to an end and I was looking for advice to whether or not I should keep it. Thank you for this extensive video because it has really helped me decide!
I like that Whoop is a no fuss tracker that I can wear on my right hand and wear a normal watch to the office on my left. I lost my whoop 4.0 a month or 2 ago and was devastated. I dug out the old 3.0. Its nice to get whoop data again, but found out upload is no longer supported on the 3.0 i guess? Now I am stuck deciding if I should buy another 4.0 or if a 5.0 is on the horizon and I should wait for that.
As a 53 yr old police officer this is really helping me learn all I can about my self. I also agree with your mental health aspect of Whoop. It is also helping me with my PTSD and as a side note: so is golfing helping me with my PTSD
I'm still going strong with 1078 days of data streak. I love it, especially for the mental health! And yes, most of the things I can now predict, but still it sometimes surprises me especially on the stress levels.
I'm thinking about getting one for most of the reasons you said. I have a high stress full-time job and a high stress part-time job too. Plus I'm in college.... I want to track and lower my stress, track menstruation, plus get better sleep to be ready for the next day... I always want the latest tech. I just bought a Classic Watch 6 in July and should have gotten this instead...🤦🏾♂️

Give it a try at the link in the video description. Free 30 day test to see if it’s truly for you 👌🏼
I've worn my Fitbit for six years but seeing the data that Whoop provides, I might have to switch.
