Referring to the aircraft carrier at the beginning, my friend in the Canadian Coast Guard told me a story once where he was aboard a Canadian Coast Guard vessel that had 30 men aboard and they passed an American Air Craft Carrier coming in the opposite direction. True to naval tradition all of the American sailors stood to attention on deck as a show of respect to a foreign naval vessel. Very classy indeed.

A fantastic insight into what it must feel like as you get behind the controls of your (first?) Nordhavn. The smooth sound of the thrusters on that boat leaves you in little doubt as to their capability as-and-when you need them. I would be interested to know how much boat handling experience the owners have because they did a fantastic job! I have 'sailed' around the world and have been in hurricane-force winds when I served in the Royal Navy/RNLI and the Nordhavn is still one of only two brands of

It's impressive to get a sense of the actual humongous size of a N63 as HA docked (3:40) alongside N63 Ursa in Mexico (I assume Ensenada, as unfortunately, there were no titles to inform us of just what and where she docked). Many thanks for the pleasant video. (BTW, Ensenada is not not the sh*hole that is Tijuana and gringos are warmly welcomed and appreciated. In other words, it's civilized). Also, Mexico is not closed to US residents during this COVID epidemic time, as opposed to the Bahamas, etc. In other news, it's my understanding that you can take possession of a yacht in the US and drive her down to Mexico (either coast) and park her there for 30 days, and thus avoid US state's sales tax. (Check with your broker.) Your tax savings is (approximately) $8-10 K.
Lol. It's funny, back when I was a kid growing up in the 80s, everyone kept thrashing all products made in Taiwan, then their quality got better, so in the 90s it was anything made in Korea, now it's China. I wonder who's next? Russia maybe?😁
