- Fitting BMX pegs to my dirt jump mountain bike - Urban MTB freeride - I customize my bike with some BMX grind pegs and take to the streets, skateparks and riding spots for an urban freeride mission, but will it work?
The MTBMX is born after I fit some BMX grind pegs to my MTB jump bike and find out that it is the best thing ever. With these new additions to my bike old riding spots are transformed into totally different levels of fun with all new ways of riding. To make this creation possible I took the forks off my old world tour winning bike because the way they were made makes it perfect for grinding. So after introducing you to the bike I get to work at learning how to grind this 26'' wheeled BMX and my word was it fun. This first spot was a pure urban freeride zone so from there I decided to move to the local skatepark and see what fun could be had around this BMX park. The day was hotting up so I stopped by my swimming pool before getting back into the action with some riding at the local bowl and the finally out in the streets of my hometown of Colchester, would you like to see these pegs back on my bike again in the future??

I was just about to comment and mention that lol. It makes me feel good that his bike is so creaky though. its so hard to get a bike perfectly quiet and i feel myself spending too much time worrying about it. Watching someone as talented as sam just shred on a noisy bike without a care really pushes me to ignore the little things and just get out and ride.
Pegs on a bike gives me serious 90s nostalgia.

The best way to describe one of your videos, is feeling like your just some random person who Sam Pilgrim asked you randomly "hey want to come watch me do tricks on a bike?". Than he's there talking to you the whole time and you feel like you are actually there hanging out with him. My favorite though is just the amount of stoke you are for everything you do. Just feel like you are embracing life without a care in the world.
