I'm very impressed by the altered book . I had no idea how I would go about doing one. So now you have not only hooked me on doing the journals, I realize I have to go get me a dollar tree book and try one of these too. Would have made some Chris iui stamps cards today but my 6 year old grandson needed me to help him disguise a Turkey for a school project and make another turkey out of shape for homework. I love crafting with my grandkids. And love your sense of humor. Ho, ho, ho.!

I realised the ho ho ho situation about the exact same time and burst out in laughter. Then every time you giggled I did. They say laughter is the best medicine; I think you, Gayle, are the bestest medicine - crafting and laughter combined. Doesn't get better than that. I would love to see you do more doodling. :)
Another video where I laughed so hard, my side was hurting. I doubt I'll ever see ho ho ho printed anywhere, that I won't think of Gayle Agostinelli. I love the cage belly band.
When the piece you want to punch is too small, use a sticky note. Attaching it to the small piece will make that piece larger, and you can easily remove the sticky note when you are through.
So much fun. As you were inking the ho ho ho page I kept thinking, "penny in the air..." Then when you realized it was, "... now it dropped." Thank you for being such a generous person and sharing the good, the bad and the crafty with us. PS Tommy the bunny says hi.

I Am laughing with you because my son has been going thru lots of tests and tonite is his sleep test. He reports at 9pm and will get out at 5:30 am. We' leave at 4:30 to get him and then we will need sleep. Love this book.

I'm watching this on Thursday and its 20 degrees out and windy so I to will be in my craft room all day. I tend to do more crafting in the winter because I don't like to drive in the snow it scary for me. I have a couple of the Tim Holtz 3d embossing folders and they are amazing but they do leave a deep impression which makes them awesome. One fun tip with the 3D Embossing folders if you spray your paper with water before running it through the folder that "sometimes" helps it just depends on the paper. You don't have to get it soggy just spritz it. I'm enjoying watching you play with your gator mouth book, lol Tyfs

Gayle, the book is looking so great. Another idea for your caged bellyband is to put it horizontally half way up a page so you can tuck multiple tags in it similar to the Tim Holtz die. Hugs from Linda

Hahahaha, Oh dear!! I am so glad I spotted some of the comments before watching the video so I was prepared and finished drinking my coffee beforehand!! Your 'wacky' sense of humor is on a par with mine by the sounds of it!! ... One of my favourite words to use is "heyho" as well as "anyhoo" and so a number of years ago (it's been that long since I can't remember exactly when, 10yrs+ though) my daughter very innocently started shouting "Hey" whenever she came home from school/walked into a room where I was and so I, very innocently, started shouting "ho" back at her ... well, we never thought anything of it and neither did family until she shouted it one day in the school playground when I was dropping her little brother off and of course I shouted back my response and immediately got pulled to one side by a teacher and promptly told how inappropriate it was - Whoopsies!! Epic Momma fail moment!!!!! It didn't stop us from saying it though, she's 21 now and we still do it, we're now just a little more careful about where we are when we say it and who we say it infront of lol
China Glaze nail polish released a color line inspired by Sesame Street for it’s 50th Anniversary. It’s sooo pretty! I also giggled at the thought of just one of the ho ho ho’s being left. Your 'wacky' sense of humor is on a par with mine by the sounds of it!! ... One of my favourite words to use is "heyho" as well as "anyhoo" and so a number of years ago (it's been that long since I can't remember exactly when, 10yrs+ though) my daughter very innocently started shouting "Hey" whenever she came home from school/walked into a room where I was and so I, very innocently, started shouting "ho" back at her ... well, we never thought anything of it and neither did family until she shouted it one day in the school playground when I was dropping her little brother off and of course I shouted back my response and immediately got pulled to one side by a teacher and promptly told how inappropriate it was - Whoopsies!! Epic Momma fail moment!!!!!
It didn't stop us from saying it though, she's 21 now and we still do it, we're now just a little more careful about where we are when we say it and who we say it infront of lol

China Glaze nail polish released a color line inspired by Sesame Street for it’s 50th Anniversary. It’s sooo pretty! I also giggled at the thought of just one of the ho ho ho’s being left.
