No, she is still working as a Maiko. She is now called Tsuruha.
I googled image tsuruha maiko she was beautifl in her make up I am glad she pursued her dream as it seems to be a very hard life .

Is she in trouble with her Okaasan at 2:00. It looks like she is getting a talking to. And I thought Shikamisan weren't suppose to have cell phones.
